I have ordered 4 family pack crackers each worth rupees 3000 and totally paid 12, 000 rupees on 17th & 19th September 2023. Around 50+ days crossed and they sent crackers worth rupees 9000 only (Received only 3 Boxes) but one more box is pending for since ordered and Not responding the call from Kannan crackers and not refund my money rupees 3, 000. Also sent mail to their [protected]@gmail.com but no responses.
I have all proof, payment record, payment confirmation voice record, ordered id etc.
I mention order numbers here for there reference and they aren't confirming which order is pending to sent yet.
Totally four order: But only received 3 order
