I have purchased a flat at Ratan Planet, Naramau Banger, Kalyanpur, Kanpur from Ratan Housing Development Corporation, Swaroopnagar, Kanpur. Demanding several times Form A from Ratan Housing Development Corporation (Builder), Swaroopnagar, Kanpur, they are not providing photocopy of form A, which is to be submitted by the Builder to Kanpur Develop Authority Kanpur. Let me know wheather the builder has submitted form A to you or not, if no, what i will do. waiting for your responce. Thanking you.
