Md saeed pradhaan r/o 133/237, national dharam kanta, juhi nahariya kanpur has unlawfully occupied vast land of canal department. For his notoriety in usurping land he has been called as saeed kabza. Kindly see my application dated 10.02.16 under right to information act -2005 to know the owner of 133/237, national dharamkanta, juhi nahariya, rattupurwa, transport nagar, police station juhi, kanpur.
• kindly see the reply given by office of deputy commissioner of city (Zone-4) vide letter no d/807/deputy commissioner (Zone-4)/kda/2016-17 dated 25.05.16 enclosed as enclosure b that in kda records plot no 133/237, rattupurwa, kanpur is not registered in name of md saeed khan.
• kindly see the pictures of land 133/237, national dharamkanta, juhi nahariya, rattupurwa, transport nagar, police station juhi, kanpur. On going through the pictures and address on national dharamkanta it is clear that one national dharamkanta and two godowns are being constructed on that land. Among the two godowns one has been given on rent to kanpur asha cargo 133/237 transport nagar kanpur phone no [protected] and second one to delhi kanpur golden transport/kaka transport 133/237 transport nagar kanpur phone no [protected]. These godowns are owned by md saeed khan. On the first floor of the building md saeed khan alias saeed kabza alias saeed kabaadi along with his family resides
Despite that md saeed khan has lent several rooms and offices on rent at133/237, juhi nahariya, rattupurwa, transport nagar, police station juhi, kanpur.
