Kapil Chit Funds Complaints & Reviews

I have Rs. 5 lakhs chit membership with Kapil Chit Funds. This chit's life cycle completes in another 4 months (50 months/50 months).

I've participated in Bidding Auction in March 2021 and won the chit in my name in March 2021.

Since March 2021, I'm behind the Manager of Kapil Chits, Kondapur branch.

He is so much lazy Manager and not capable Manager.

Today is 24th September, till now he is not done the chit amount payment.

Every day he is lying that he will complete the payment in the next day.

Any one can help me in this case please?

నేను KAPIL CHITS లో కస్టమర్ ని.
నేను ప్రతి నెల EMI కరెక్ట్ గా కట్టేవాడనీ.
2020 నవంబర్ లో పాడిన పాటకు ఇంతవరకు నాకు payment చెయ్యలేదు.
నన్ను దాదాపు పది నెలలుగా తిప్పించుకుంటున్నాను.
2021 FEBRUARY లో Zonal office కి వెళ్లి అడిగితే DD ఇచ్చారు...
అది మళ్ళీ local branch లో నా దగ్గర నుండీ తీసుకున్నారు .
ఇంతవరకు payment జరగలేదు.
ఎవర్ని అడిగినా ఉపయోగం లేదు.
నా అమౌంట్ చిన్నదే, కానీ నాకు అది అవసరం.

Please Help me

This is chit for 50 months. I was awarded auction. It's been 3 months since the payment or cheque is pending. This is absolute nonsense and reckless. I am paying EMI regularly

ఉండి కూడా అన్నీ చిట్టీలు ఫ్యూచర్ క్లోజ్ చేసాను 20 G24 మాత్రమే అడ్వాన్స్ Cheque తో పాటు FD Garunter ఇచ్చాం

యాక్సెప్ట్ చేయలేదు ఫోర్ మంత్స్ ఇన్స్టాల్మెంట్ ఉండే అలా ఇవ్వడానికి కారణం నా యొక్క బ్యాంక్ ఎటిఎం ఎక్స్పైరీ అయింది అందుకని chaqueతీసుకోమని రిక్వెస్ట్ చేశాను కానీ లీగల్ పోయేలా చేశాడు .7000 ఎక్స్ట్రా తో 30 రోజు క్లోజ్ చేశాము
ఇదివరక530000 వె కంటి క్యాస్ట్ కట్టినప్పుడు 6000 క్యాష్ బెనిఫిట్ కూడా ఇవ్వలేదు
24th June friday
25th 4th Saturday
26 thsunday రోజు పేమెంట్ అడ్జస్ట్మెంట్ చేసుకుని పైన కూడా లీగల్ వెళ్లిందని చెప్పారు
ఇప్పటివరకు మీ దగ్గర నేను 18 లక్షలుFD చేయించా
ఎప్పుడైనా పేమెంట్ లేట్ అయినా కూడా మిగతా వారికి 40 అయితే నాకు మాత్రం హండ్రెడ్ 80% తీసుకునేవారు
నాకు ఇప్పటికైనా kapil chit fund పైన నమ్మకం ఉంది కానీ సుదర్శన్ ఉన్నంతవరకు ఈ ఏరియాలో నేను చిట్టి వేయను వేయించా ఎందుకంటే అతను నా మీద రివేంజ్ తో నేను వేసిన వేయించిన వారిని కూడా టార్గెట్ చేస్తాడు
సార్ నేను ఒకటో తారీకు వెళితే ఒకరోజు ఆగమన్నాడు మూడు నాడు వెళితే శ్రీకాంత్ వచ్చాక తీసుకోమని చెప్పాడు అప్పుడు శ్రీకాంత్ 4th, 5thజ్వరం వచ్చింది
ఆ తర్వాత సెవెంత్ రోజు
50 లక్షల చెక్కు ఇచ్చాము రెండు రోజుల ఆగమన్నాడు కానీ ఇప్పటివరకు నాకు పేమెంట్ ఇవ్వలేదు
ఇదివరకు ఒకసారి వేకెన్సీ ఐదు వేస్తే టు డేస్ లోనే రిమూవ్ కొట్టారు ఆ విషయానికిRM sirదగ్గరికి వెళ్ళగానే 21, 000 నష్టాన్ని ఏదైనా Chitty లో అడ్జస్ట్మెంట్ చేస్తామన్నారు కానీ చేయలేదు

This is Kishan Reddy Lambu, I have enrolled the two chits with believe and hope in Kapil chits to fulfil my financial needs.
I have enrolled the below two chits in MADINAGUDA Branch Hyderabad, One of the employee of Kapil Shyam Kumar Reddy R used to collect the money from me to payment of monthly installments.

The agent ( Shyam Kumar Reddy R) who used to come to me for collection used my documents to lift his chits without noticing me. I had not informed by Kapil group, and I have also not signed any documents as surety. I have not got any verification call and physical presence of verification to my house as they are saying that the verification has happened but no proof of that. The employee has cheated and run away after lifting his chits.
I have raised request to provide details to me what are the documents of me used by shyam sunder Reddy R (agent) to lift him chits?
I requested Manager of madina guda, he is not helping to get the details of documents which are used by agent (Shyam sunder Reddy R) to lift him chit. Manager is not giving clearance when I lift my chiti. He is saying some story to hold money. I'm not responsible which I didn't not authenticated to him (shyam) to lift chiiti,
I have too much security concerns to use my documents illegally by Kapil employee (Agent) and not showing to me any documents by manager when I have requested to show up the details when somebody used my documents.
I'm asking questions to branch manager, but he is not able to answer.
When and how has he used my document even I did not sign on papers?
The verification was not happened as I have not received any call to approve the chit to lift the agent (Shyam)? How is manager approved to lift the chit of him without any verification?
The Agent (Shyam Kumar Reddy R) has done lot of fraud in Branch and all branch employees including manager is not taking responsibility to help customer to solve the issue

I have a deposit of Rs.400000 bearing the No: SAHRB/SA-MNCL/H4/2019 and credited to my earlier ten laks chit. But that chit is completed and I have another chit bearing the No, FG8T33J-31 at godavarikhani branch.
But the interest is not being credited to new chit....

I didnt get my chit amount

Even after completion of chit (FSTT73F-29) time, the amount has not been returned through cheque and are saying false/stupid and silly reasons like call me tomorrow, manager is not there.. the staff who are working there doesn't have proper knowledge on the job they are doing.. manager will not be available all the time and won't respond properly.. please respond and resolve the issue as early as possible to avoid legal procedure

Kakatiya warangal zone ..And I have lifted one chit value 5 lakhs it's complete 50 months i received amount 4, 20, 600/- on this in this your staff was not providing any kind of receipt for deduction amount ..And not responding as well... Please do the needful ASAP

I had 3 chits of my family of ₹500000/- (5 lakhs) each in kushaiguda branch bearing chit nos - FKUL12J -7, 18 and 29, which was completed in may 2019. After completion of chits, I asked for return of surety papers in which sureties was given by my friends and well wishers. But your company representative Mr gopi ph no - [protected] and Mrs vasantha ph no- [protected]are not responding at all and talking very rudely when ever I visit or make a call to me
I'm satish ph no -[protected] and I'm government servant and want to make further relationship with kapil chits. Kindly look into matter and take action against these representative and return my surety papers, kindly do needful at early as possible

I being paying new chit from April and agent said due to pandemic 2months as cancelled. Now he is asking me to wait till October. What calculation is this April to october 6 months. 6-2= 4months now he is saying. May and June cancelled but I paid for 4 months. I have contacted recently he saying you will get amount in October. But in online it shows I paid only 3 months.
Definitely something wrong and they are planning for scam.

My chit id is KKVO1L11F-8 .I paid my chit installment on 5th of August 2021through phone pay.but that was not updated yet.

Their is no proper response by the Manager and Asst. Manager of Kamareddy Branch.
Frequntly changing the collection agents and it is not understood to whom the payment is to be made.
Directly paying to Kapil account through online, but your Managers are not responding properly for intimation and for obtaining the receipts.
Do the needful
Early action is expected.

FPGT15F-9 I ifted it up 3 months ago and the amount has not arrived yet.

I am fixed 80000 in Kapil dakshan.
It's maturity completed on. June 2020
TDS of 6000 rupees not added in my PAN

I have subcriber of the above mentioned chit matured in JUNE21. I have completed the formalities in the month of JUNE21 and submitted. Two months elapsed but chit amount not paid in to my account. I am senior citizen. I want meet expenditure but you people are delayed. I request you kindly look into the matter and pay the full amount with interest for delayed payment.
