Hello Dear Kapil chits
I have some due amount, I was pay in kapil app, app is responding to collect the amount, I send may receipt to the branch manger and branch accounted person, but they was say payment is not updated, app payment is updated in 2r4days time, please help me, and really not updated in app all so,
what is the problem
they was warning to me, we are complaint legal department, and we are inform to guarantors

pandemic time lost my job, but still I'm not work any other company, so we are requesting we will clear tha emi, I want some time, we was requested to branch manager,
they was to much harassment me and blackmail

please respond to may issue

Hi I am Chalapathi rao Maddali, 1year back Kapil chit fund, Ongole branch employees collected 5lakhs rupies (receipts are with me). As per monthly partial amount return sceem. Now they are not answering any thing . After 1year means now they are telling.that scheem was closed .. can not refund . Now I am in a situation that whome I have to complaint. Dear sir, i paid rs 19000 on june 22 but the amount has not been credited to my chit FZHT06R 24 VIA trans id[protected] through icici bank...the online transaction was success.
Its not updated in app and showing due...plz update my payment.

Iam B .srihari R/o parkal .I have been paying a chit since 2020 in kapil chit funds parkal.l lifted my chit in March 2021.but not paying the money till now.l already produced employsurities .Hence. I request you to issue my money

KKH06T06J-39 iam saiKumar customer of above mentioned chit. Did not received chit funds money within mentioned time please slove my problem, incase of any delay as per consumer act 1947 serious action need to proceed by the law .

I Madanagula Gangadhar member of 10 lakhs chit at sharnagar branch vide. Chit no. PSDT06P-19 I paid all 50 month s subscription s regularly without late in any month.last 50 s subscription in November 2020.
But the country paid the chit amount in instalments
First 500000 rupees on 23.3.2021
Second 443425 on 26.4.2021 after big struggle and 100 s of time s to the office and promoted me to pay INTEREST for late payment
For this inconvenience I have not continued further chits with KAPIL
Still I have not get anything
Already they took my signature s and required forms..
Hence I request you sir understand my problem struggle s by Kapil
And take proper action s for immediate payment of interest

I have lifted my chit in the month of March-2021 and submitted suirity forms on 10th April. Your people are suffering me a lot. Please take appropriate action otherwise I will approach Consumers forum

I lift my chit On28/feb/2021, FMPT18J-10 MADANAPALLE 500000/.i received 200000/only.still i am not getting complete amount. Staff have not been responding

Hi All,

I have lifted my 5 lacs chits in Dec'20 and Jan'21 at SR Nagar Branch. Mr. Srinivas Redday and Dilip Reddy. Not handover till today. I visited n number of times but no response. The worst response from them. I joined for 7 chits in Kapil and never get the money in time. I closed the remaining chits.

There is no responsible person in Kapil Chits.

Whom should I contact to get my money?

My chits FKNT01S-31and FKNT01S-35 have completed the tenure and due for payment in March 2021 and April 2021. The maturity payment is not yet made and there is no proper response from the Kapil Chits. It is requested to make the payment immediately

In the time of chit lifting unauthorized payment was deducted in my total chit amount that 5, 641/- and 14, 300/-
Without my knowledge deducted my total chit amount,
Adjustable amount 20, 466/-
In the time only i asked Chit agent mr.Laxminarayana contact :
[protected], they said as don't pay After complete chit rs 20, 466/-
Because unauthorized deduction...
My guaranters notice received mar and may 2019, i meet Registrar of chits/arbitration mrs.Gousia madam,
They said go to branch pay due amount approximately 2500/- below.
I went same day they do not accepted my payment,
Today Two members visited without any id cards
They said we are from kapil legal advisers,
Enquired my name,
They don't called me,
I am in present live only,
Why this happen without my knowledge my name is damaged in my office,
I have several times mail to customer care and visited branch also no one is accepting payment,
I have all evidence regarding this issue

This is regarding to the chit amount which I have started 40months one and lifted at 23000 on December 2020. That the mentioned amount was supposed to send in one month but till now I haven't received. Whenever I call to the branch manager, he is postponing every time and asking us to wait.

I am having 5 Lakhs rupees chit in Kapil Godavarikhani branch. Lifted the chit in Mar2021, but still now my money is not received. There is no problem with sureties also . Even branch manager and executives are not lifting my calls and not responding positively.
Money is very urgent for me.

My name is T.Satish and My chit for Rs.10, 00, 000/- completed in the month of march, 2021.at LB Nahar Alkapuri branch.after assuring to pay my chit amount in the month of Apil, 2021, manager till not paid nor responded to my phone..please pursue and pay my chit amount (if we wan to pay chit amount every month on the date if we delay it u will charged interest on customers) but the kapil chit funds also delayed to pay the amount to me, so kapil chit funds want to give interest for last 3 months with 1000000/- take the complaint seriously and solve these problem as early as possible. Complaint ID: 2881973 Lodged on 28th day of May, 2021 against non receipt of Chit amount.
Complaint not resolved so far and chit amount of ₹5, 00, 000/- didn't paid by the management till to date.
Requested the Forum to initiate required action in this regard and pass the Orders to the management to pay the Chit amount with interest till the receipt of payment.

నా పేరు జేరిపోతుల రాజు, నేను గత సంవత్సరం జనగామ బ్రాంచ్ లో Rs 5, 000.00.00. చిట్టి లో జాయింగ్ అయ్యాను, Mrs శ్రీనివాస్ గారు అప్పటి మేనేజర్ (2020 ) నన్ను బ్యాక్-అప్ చిట్టి లో జాయిన్ చేసాడు. Ticket number FJGT07J-30. అట్ఠి సమయం లో నేను 14 months due payment అక్షరాలా 1 లక్ష చిల్లర కట్టాను, మాకు అదే నెలలో చిట్టి ఎత్తుకొని తరవాత నెలలో ( 2020 ఆగష్టు ) లో చిట్టి పైసలు ఇవ్వడం జరుగుతుంది అని భరోసా ఇవ్వడం జరిగింది. నేను సెప్టెంబర్ లో చిట్టి పాట Rs 4, 05000.00.ఎత్తుకోవడం జరిగింది. surety forms ఇవ్వకుండా 1 నెల వరకు తిప్పించాడు, తరవాత గట్టిగ అడుగుతే అక్టోబర్ లో ఫార్మ్స్ ఇవ్వడం జరిగింది, నేను 3 గవర్నమెంట్ ఎంప్లాయిస్ తో surety forms మీద signatures మరియు సంబంధిత డాకుమెంట్స్ ఇవ్వడం జరిగింది. అక్టోబర్ లో పంపిన డాకుమెంట్స్ కనీసం వెరిఫై చేయకుండా డిసెంబర్ వరకు జనగాం ఆఫీస్ లో పెట్టుకున్నారు, నేను ఎన్ని సార్లు ఫోన్ చేసిన సమాధానం ఇవ్వలేదు, చివరకి నేనే హెడ్ ఆఫీస్ కి ఫోన్ చేసి స్టేటస్ కనుకుంటే తరవాత రోజు ఇంక్విరె ఆఫీసర్ హన్మకొండ నుండి వస్తే నేను ఆఫీస్ కి సెలవ్ పెట్టి మరి నా బైక్ మీద హైదరాబాద్ లో తీసుకువెళ్లడం జరిగింది ( verification) డిసెంబర్ 24, 2020. శ్రీనివాసులు గారు ఇచ్చిన కమిట్మెంట్ తో నేను 50000.00 8% ఇంటరెస్ట్ కి తీసుకొచ్చి మరి కట్టాను 2 నెలల్లో ఇస్తా అంటే, 2 నెలలు కదా adjust చేసుకోవచ్చు అని కట్టాను. కానీ వాళ్ళు 2021 లో నేను ఎత్తుకున్న అమౌంట్ కాకుండా కేవలం 172000.00 ఇవ్వడం జరిగింది మిగతా డబ్బులు 10 రోజుల్లో ( March 2021) ఇస్తా అని ఎప్పటి వరకు ఇవ్వకుండా నన్ను ఆర్థికంగా మరియు మానసికంగా ఇబ్బంది పెడుతున్నారు. ఈరోజు కి కూడా ఇంకా మనీ ఇవ్వకుండా నన్ను చాల ఇబ్బంది పెడుతున్నారు.
