My name is T.Satish and My chit for Rs.10, 00, 000/- completed in the month of march, 2021.at LB Nahar Alkapuri branch.after assuring to pay my chit amount in the month of Apil, 2021, manager till not paid nor responded to my phone..please pursue and pay my chit amount (if we wan to pay chit amount every month on the date if we delay it u will charged interest on customers) but the kapil chit funds also delayed to pay the amount to me, so kapil chit funds want to give interest for last 3 months with 1000000/- take the complaint seriously and solve these problem as early as possible. My chit No: FKLBT11P-7,

Complaint ID: 2881973 Lodged on 28th day of May, 2021 against non receipt of Chit amount.
Complaint not resolved so far and chit amount of ₹5, 00, 000/- didn't paid by the management till to date.
Requested the Forum to initiate required action in this regard and pass the Orders to the management to pay the Chit amount with interest till the receipt of payment.

This i Hari from parvatipuram ap, FPBT05P-27. my chiti was prized but local branch was not processing for next step and your executive took 17k amount from us and not paid till now..

no ine is responding to my calls even RM also till now no support[protected]

Hi sir my name is R.srinivas iam from karimnagar.sir i have left chit february 2021but amount is not give.every time they are tell collection is not recovery.april they are told with in 45 days amount will pay.but 54 days complet.amount is not give. plz arrange my amount shortly.

This is my Chit number -FSDT03R-29 in Shadnagar Branch, I have lifted my chit in Feb Month and now we are in June (17th June'21). Still we did not receive the cheque or amount in my account, I have submitted the all the documents by 15th March 2021 and verified in March last week . All process is completed but not released the amount since 2.5 months. No response from Branch manager Srinivas reddy (Shadnagar branch ). since 1 month saying every day and tomorrow will credit and tomorrw again they will say tomorrow. Mentally I have disturbed so much . I Immediate action is required on this.

Am customer of Kapil chits pvt Ltd LB nagar branch . I have participated in auction of chit FKLBT34J-14 in the month of January 21 (29th Jan) and successfully awarded.I have been completed all requisite surity forms by February 10th and verification also completed within one week. As per the manager sir you will get money within 45days as per him I have to get by APRIL 1st but till date I have not got my money.
I Am continuously follow uping with manager everytime tells within 10days you will get your money like that 75 day's completed after his due date.

It is requested to Kapil management please look in the matter to get my payment immediately it is an very small amount 5Lakhs chit.

In this covid conditions also I met manager several times with out careing my health.

Why this mental torture to us in this critical pandemic conditions, as we pay our all installments within due date. as this our fate to selecting kapil chit and we have to experience all this torture.

I request kapil management to look in the matter and resolve all customers grievances pending at branches with this customer have confidence on management and invest in chits without bothering who is manager at the branch.

Finally I would like to request Kapil management take necessary steps to fund arrangement to branches, with that branch manager can pay amount to customers.

So request you to pay my amount today itself.

i lifted my chit 4 months back but I am not getting my chit amount

I have been calling multiple times to branch manager but no response, his name is Vijay atleast he is not picking my phone call almost months and not responding to my phone calls

please try to understand my problem and arrange my money asap.

My subscription no FTET30F- 43 SURESH BABU YALAVARTHI I have paid amount in app, till now not updated, please resolve my problem as early as possible

I have 2 chits which are matured on 2020 with the amount of 2 lacs each. Till now I didn't get my matured amount. I have invested in hindupur branch.The manager is not responding properly on this issue. Please help me here.

Both the bonds are Mectured on 27th May, 2021.

Even though I didn't recieved my total amount of 10L+10L yet.

My father expired last month on this name one 10 lakhs chit is there started on Oct 2021 now we cannot continue that chit I need help I alredy took this issue till manger still no response they are telling I should continue I cannot continue .please immediately give one solution .we have trust on this chit funds do some needful for me

Paying 3lakhs two chits monthly in Ammerpet Branch and lifted one chit on 28/12/2020. Post that I have continuously follow up with branch & Manager then they couriered my documents to me but after two months they posted the documents then I returned the same on next day but those got returned to me after 10 days stating that addres not found region then I required branch to pick my documents and surrendered by second chit as a surety on (28th March 2021). Documents submitted 2 months ago but I did not get any amount, moreover they are not answering to me (Dilip Branch Manager).

After continuously follow up with Branch I got the Reginal Manager Srinivas Reddy number and updated the same to him the my things moved bit further but finally I got the answer from Branch stating that Signature didn't match with to dispose my money. Last Saturday again I have submitted documents again Branch manager not answering my call. now I am using my wife cell to call that person...not sure how many days this guy will lift my call from this number after continuous calling from new number he picked

In thair kapil chits my uncle was performed pay the money monthly wise chits he was spent nearly 2 lakh rupess and recently he was experied we have been considered this matter they were said to me we return for that money but it was going two years but they did, nt pay the money this matter concerning the higher officeal of kapil chits

I have lifted one of the chits KHH01M24H-21, 24 which is in Habsiguda branch. It’s been already 2 months but I don’t see any progress in the next steps. Nobody is actually responding properly if I ask about latest update.
I am not sure whom to reach out in this regard. I have trusted you guys and chose you as my chit funds. I was always doing the payments on time and I was expecting the same from you. Atleast I am not getting...

Hello sir,

My self Elakjurthy Jaipal, am existing customer for 10lac chit in kalwakurthy branch.

Chit almost 27 months completed and i pick up my chit 5 months back

kalawakurthy branch manager is not issuing check for chit amount.

He is rudely talking to customer and simply telling x date. Even after x date he not responding and not answering to call.

Need your attention to get this solved asap.
