Paying 5lakhs chit monthly in sircilla branch (30J20) and lifted on 28/2/2021 verification was comlpeted 2months ago but I did not get any amount, moreover they are answering to us.kindly solve this issue and help us.

I had subscribed to a chit from M/s Kapil Chits, Narasannapeta, Srikakulam District, AP (Reg No FPKT-05J-19) for a sum assured of Rs 5, 00, 000 (Rupees Five Lakh) in April 2017 with a commitment to pay a monthly EMI of Rs 10, 000. After diligently paying my monthly EMI's for 43 months (amounting to Rs 4, 30, 000), I decided to participate in the auction to receive my sum assured in Dec 2020.
Despite my submission of all relevant documents guaranteeing payment of remaining amount after receiving the sum assured, the firm M/s Kapil Chits has not released the payment till date (June 2021). This has caused considerable financial and mental turbulence in my family during this COVID scenario. Sita Ram & Rama Rao, the managers of the branch office has repeatedly giving lame excuses and buying more time. Our efforts to reach out to Mr G Narayana Rao, Regional Office Manager, Srikakulam also proved futile despite repeated requests. I strongly believe the firm is a fraud and harassing common citizens by luring them with high interest and thereafter defaulting on payment.

I was lifted my 5 lak chit on march 31 from then till now i didn't get back my money and kapil agent are not responding to my calls msgs and those people treating customers so badly using abused words i have all recording and proofs to submit .Pls let me know the FNST01J-33 status it been alrdy 2 month march 31st the date i was lifted

This is to inform you that the above group of Chit commenced from April, 2015. I have been subscribed the same and payments made time to time and successfully completed the tenure of 50 months by May, 2019.
Further informed you that the above Chit amount not paid till to date even though over 2 years inspite of my frequent approaches to Branch Office. No one consider my requests so far.

I am holding a chit (Reference no : FMTS07Y-20) in 9th Phase KPHB Colony, Kkukatpally, Hyderabad.

I have requested the Manager that I wants to withdraw the above mentioned chit on Feb 2021 due to my important commitments.

Initially Manager accepted my request and asked me to take a new chit with the amount that I am going to receive. Being a Kapil Chit customer for over a decade, I told him that I will think and let him know.

From Feb on words, I am continuously follow up with the Branch Manage and a lady "Sunitha". They both are giving false promise and not giving my check.

Moreover, when I speak to the Branch Manager, he is very rude with me and keep on bluffing that I will give check in next week and so on..

I am fed up with your Kapil Chit organization. I need to get my check ASAP. If it is doing to be deplyed I am going to escalate this matter to the highest level.

Please don't consider this as a compaints, I need to get the update about this complaint. Don't force me to go legally on this.

I've subscribed for Chit Fund and has to get around 4 lakhs. It's been more than a 2 months and the staff is irresponsible in returning my money. This is a true case of fraud and unethical value of a company which bears with tag line " your dreams comes true" (!)
No clear communication is happening between branch manager and myself and is skipping my phone calls.

I am Ananda Babu Gummadilli, a member of Kapil chits (Chit# FKRT01F1-36). I used to have 5 chits at Kothaguda branch, now i have only 1 left for auction (FKRT01F1), It is 50 months chit, i have paid around 40 months, due to irresponsible behaviour of your employees at Kothaguda branch, i stopped paying chit amount, even though i have paid every month, they are showing old due. When i asked your employee Mr. Chiranjeevi/ Yaadi Reddy, they said its a system issue and they will void/waive the old dues. I have waited for more than 6 months, and they never corrected that. So i told them i wont pay chit amount until they resolve the issue. They stopped picking my calls, and behaving like they dont know me. I have reported this issue to current branch manager, he promised he will resolve the issue. but it never happend. I am frustated and decided to file a legal case on this. When i checked today morning in kapil chits website, this chit information is not showing, i am assuming that this happend intentionally. I am a investor and able to invest upto 10 laks on chits/fixed deposits, Just because of your employees behaviour at kothaguda branch, i am staying away from Kapil chits. I am effected with Covid from last year, not able to visit the your kondapur branch. I tried calling branch multiple times, no one picking calls. Few of the managers (Srikanth reddy from Sriram nagar branch) mentioned that he will resolve the issue, but it never happend, Now i gt efftected in Covid wave 2, and need of money. We saved each rupee of savings at kapil, and got cheated. Atleast please help my family in this covid situation returning our money back, with out noticing me, kondapur branch people closed my chit and not returning my calls, please resolve the issue immediatly, we need amount for medical treatment.

Sir, i have purchased a finance not payed Hero Maestro edge scooty on 5thMarch from the Bijay Finanace of Kapil Chits Subedari hanamkonda Warangal. The Next Day Morning i started i found black smoke comming out of scootys exhaust and i got doubt and showed the scooty in Hero service center after checking they told there is a problem in engine which costs around 15k so after knowing i went to Kapil Homes Office on 8th March and told the Same reason to the Bijay finance manager Mahinder Reddy then after some time he told he'll give my Money return in next month i.e on April 1st But its been more than 2months also they did not gave my money. When i call the Manager Mahinder Reddy he never lift and if i try from another number he'll say in 2days ur money will come from Hyderabad office every time same reason.
So, i kindly request Kapil Chits issue my money soon already its been too late. People are loosing Trust on Company for staff and organization negligence.
