This is to bring ro the kind notice of the people who blindly trusted an fraudulent company which is just cheating all its customers in the name of chit funds. I have 2 chits each of 10 lakhs 1 in Kavali and the other in Gudur. Despite of completion I have not received money and there is no responsible person to ask for an explanation. Incase if there was a delay in payment from my side they claim penalties from me. Inspite of not paying me for more than a year there is no one to ask for a explanation. If people like commit suicide unable to take up such big loss will there be any one to take up the responsibility. I have till 10th of may and if I dont get an explanation I will post this to the whole Indian media and bring to the knowledge of people who have been seeing the KAPIL advertisement and still blindly following them.

As on December 1st, I went to Kapil chit fund with amount 2 lakhs for 25 months deposit plan.manager over their said 25 months scheme is not active for cash deposit, and suggest me to buy vacant and assured that he will pledge and fix at 25 month scheme on or before 3 months, even I said, I have no money to pay monthly installment better can FD AT POSTOFFICE, but manager assured me to buy vacant of 2lakhs and 1-1lackh each total 4 lack, any how I managed to pay for more three months installment but didn't pledge and manager using foul language for collection, tell me what to do, can I hang myself or proceed legal against manager for cheating and harrasment.

I, D.Sreedevi, subscriber at Kapil chit funds- Chittoor branch . Auctioned on 27-dec-21 with amount of INR.7, 74, 000. They have adjusted amount of Rs.33, 700 for January and February months without asking me by themselves.

Team doesn’t have ethics and always say some silly reasons and lies every time when asking about the amount which I need to receive .

Address the complaint earliest and Send my amount immediately I .

They are looting company in name of chits .

Hi,

I have raised an complaint for not receiving money even though my auction has completed. The managers and persons are not available in office and no response from them too.

I'm member in FNHTO1H-4 from nellore. I bid the chit in November month and submitted all documents in Feb . But till date I'm not received the bid amount.
Let me know the status of my chit amount.

Managers are big frauds in kapil chits funds mahabubnagar, when i give amount to the managers to deposit they will not deposit and they use for personal use. Till date I completed my chits the chit funds are not paying my amount.

In accordance with the process, I have submitted all the required documents on 08-Feb-21. We have a corresponding acknowledgement for receiving and verifying the documents submitted (attached in this complaint). Accordingly, as per the agreement, I should have received the amount within 60 days of documents submission. However, I have not received any amount. We would please request you to address our concerns at the earliest.

Chit lifted February 2021 Group # TBGT08J-43.
Chit lifted by me in Feb 2021 and Submitted all the needed Surities in March and all the verifications has been done but till now amount is not released yet. They promised that amount will be released in one month. Got the letter today that Bid Cancelled due to non submission of Surities.

There is no proper response from branch on this letter and asked me to ignore it. I want the amount to be released immediately if not I will proceed legally against the company for cheating me.

Solve the query FTRS13F-12, as soon as possible

My chit number is KHK03L17J-13. I had lifted my chit after 12 months and gave all the required Number of sureties, however, the manager asked me to get a house owner's signature as well and I had one as well.

I was allotted the cheque on 12 December 2020 I was shocked to see that an amount of rupees 4800/- is deducted stating it as insurance whereas they did not mention anything about this during verification nor when I spoke to the manager.

I contacted the verification agent Srikanth, he told me that there was a miscommunication and the branch incorrectly made insurance whereas there was no requirement for that.

when I asked about reimbursement they are torturing me saying we will reimburse you next month and now it's been more than 8 months now.

please look into the issues and reimburse the said amount and would request for strict action against the branch manager for reckless replies and false solutions.

FTRS13F-12 chit completed 5months over thorrur branch wgl dist, no response from any body, land line numbers are not working. Worst consumer service . Cl [protected] this is mail, unlimited cls but not solved yet.
