Kapil Chit Funds Complaints & Reviews

I am srinivas subscriber of kapil chits, shadnagar branch,. I have lifted my chit on month of april and i submitted all my sureties and documents which is needed to the office. But till now no response while calling no one responding still i dint receive my payment and it has been almost 5 months. I visited office many times but they always gives excuses, sometimes they dint even respond to my calls. I am not sure why it is still pending....

The employees in office arguing with me that the manager is not available and they are telling I'm not the employee of the kapil chit fund company and not even respecting the customer. And there are telling that they will do nothing in the office. They are telling that u(me) are not giving salary to us. You can give complaint in head office. And the manager is also not available and his phone is switched off. This is the ridiculous experience...

We have lost the 10years trust on kapil chit fund because of mancherial market road branch manager, worst manager and the management have ever seen, his inefficiency putting the customers under trouble... Our chit amount got delayed 1.3years, still have not received the complete amount......

I have member kapil chits of 5 lakh rupees. I have lifted the Chit on 31st May'20. Thay told that please provide the 1 Government surety and 3 private security signs. I have given those proofs after that they told that thsese not enough to process your chit. Then they agian told that Fixed the 150000 amount in my account (Kapil) aremaining will process. Gud afternoon. Am ganesh kadari from warangal, telangana. I have been with kapil hits from last 5 years. I have done payment of 42 install out of 50. I have lifted my chit on month of may and provides all documents which is needed to office. But till now no response while calling no one responding... I have got the auction in feb'20 for my chit fpgt07j-35. Till now money is not disbursed. Its more than 6 months. Please look into it.

No where we can raise the complaint.
Please don’t go by the name they are worst.

Branch manager says you can go anywhere but nothing is going to happen and we will give you money...

Godavarikhani Kapil chits branch is not giving chit lifted amount. The cheque given by Kapil chits is having enough balance in bank account....

No one is working proper my auction is on dec 2019 still i ding get money its been 6 months all frauds.

I participated auctionon 30 june 2020 (Lift) claimed chiti already i requested branch manager to remove 5 months amount (50 month chiti already i paid 45 months) they have to give remaining amount but still now there is no response from branch manager.

My policy completed in january 2020, amount is pending, my policy numberfot12g-2, u r ver much interested in taking policy but not in giving maturity amount u r agent r not lifting phone, no one giving proper response, customer satisfaction is 3% it is shame for institutions, i have another policy 5 lakh i will stop payment of next month...
