I had completed my chit in the month of july and there is no proper response from the agent satla srinvas and also manager palan Kumar. When I approached this month on 10th October, said by manager that the amount will be cleared by 2th of October. Bow today all of sudden stating that it will take time till 10th November. How these things change upon. 8 need someone to support on this

One lakh chit lifted in March, two months before end of term. Money not received since then make us come every other day. This is October but still no response. Manager never in the office.

My bit amount rs 500000 Fsstt26 j ticket no 20 D.kalavathi in nellore townhouse pet branch I am 300000/_ deposit in Kapil chit fund they given change. But remaining balance not given 50000 from kapil chit fund townhouse branch nellore. Present 5 months gone.So many times I am going to complete the manager chaitaiah not responsible. Please give actions issues my amount ra 50000

I have issues regarding against fraud services of Bhongir branch.
I wanted to withdraw amount from my chit. Because of my emergency I auctioned my chit at loss. Now, to get my money, your branch has forced me to put eleven months vacant chit worth of 5, 00, 000 rs saying that if I don't put this chit, I won't be getting money for a period of three months. These conditions were not informed to me before my auction of the chit. Since, I am in urgent need of money, I agreed to it. My chit action was in August, your branch has given me commitment to provide money on 1st October, but it failed to deliver its promise of giving money not only on 1st October but also it failed for two more times.
On its first failed commitment itself, I lost my confidence on this company and I informed the company, my decision not to put any further chits. Now, after my repeated withdrawal requests, he finally credited my amount on 19 October but he reduced the amount without my knowledge and permission. I am having all evidence of voice records to support my claims.
If my complaints are not addressed, I am willing to proceed legally.

Kapil Chits Dilshuknagar Branch team is doing scam, they collect chit cheque from customer sign the passbook as receipt and credit cheque into there personal Chits, customer money gets debited from bank credit to Kapil Chits but doesn't credit to customer chit account. When we escalate the matter Branch Manager and Regional Manager, everyone knows the scam they try to cover up and delay response for months and months without resolving. My chit number FDKT06J-11
Please penalise companies for encouraging such financial frauds through there branches and resolve my fraud case.

I paid my installment through online mode but the app failed in updating the amount even after a month and even levied penalty.Please update the online payment mode.

Joined 50 lakhs chit, chit lifted 18th month bid. Delaying payment wantedly after lifting chit. Don’t ever trust kapil chits, very bad experience with kapil chits karimnagar, manger tirupathi reddy is a dumb candidate who is not at all
Eligible to be a manager and kapil company cannot give productivity to customers unless they provide proper commitment. I know every company runs profit because of customers, but here they will customers blood in form of money. Pls don’t join for chits on kapil my sincere advice. Chairman starts company with many hopes and offer help to many families by giving jobs, but if there are no standards set to company, one day there will be no customers too. Whenever we took funds from kapil chits they always delayed out funds to come into our account. We've had delays in payment and when someone call we explain to them and give them a date for the payment. However there is no proper communication among there team. Others from the team call or message and threaten. Today one guy named khader messaged my wife and i've already discussed with ramana from the to team. Below is the message from this person khader which is not at all appropriate.

Kapil chits hyderabad khader payment due hai nahi tu garenter ku phone kartu nahi tu ghar pa jaka baithu

This is always been with kapil chit employees they do not have a way of talking and keep threatening to people.

With reference chit amount not paid fart16j 34 which i requested for cancelled and remaining balance amount not paid me. More than 5 months over.

Kapil chits husnabad, in siddipet district are not paying it's office (H. No:11-24) rent to owner/crediting in owner's account. Even agreement not made with the owner. Without checking property owners correctly, running office & not made agreement & also not paying office rent to it's owner sri. Aileni ramavva w/o aileni agam reddy....

I am g. Rama rao a subscriber in kapil chits group since april-2011. I had invested in your chits in various branches, like madikonda (Kakatiya), vanasthalipuram, hayathnagar and uppal branches (Hyderabad). I had paid all the installments on time i. E. Without any arrears, also i had no problem of receiving the prized amount.

Presently i am having 04 chits in various groups in vanasthalipuram and 02 chits in uppal branches respectively. Recently during the month of feb-2020 i had lifted one chit fdvt08g-13 from hayathnagar branch. Till date i had not received the prized amount. Even after repeated visits and meeting the manager of the branch i had not received the amount. Every time i visit he is telling the same reason that due to corona there is no collection, we will pay as and when the amount is collected.

How am i responsible for the collection of the branch? Hence i request you to kindly look into the matter and settle the amount due. I am demanding the payment of the amount as early as possible along with applicable interest for the months of apr-sep (06 months).

Early and favourable action is solicited.

Shamshbad branch kapil chit am one of the cx and i have won occution and i paid pending months amount and am waiting since 40 days, now they are telling check will be given next 60 days that to when i ask him he explaining due to corona amount was not collected, is this local chit or what is that manager or labour don't he have sence how to speek with cx,

Still i requested him to drop a mail the same but he his ignoring, as...

I am member for 5 lakhs chit member in Himayath nagar branch. my payment completed and chit also over. I taken last one month(39th ). 40 th month payment deducted from chitt.
Still today i am not received my chitt amount (04.09.2020)
Any policy is there for kapil chitts to settle amount 3 months to[protected] months.

My complaint is:
Actually i am having 3 chits in karimnagar mankammathota branch, and every month i transfer the amount by transferring total installments to branch bank account only.
When i paid the installments by transferring the total amount to branch bank account for the month of mar'20 for all the 3 chits, they have adjusted the total amount to only one chit.. When i ask them why you have done like this, then i shocked with answer given by the branch manager that he simply told that, who told you to transfer the amount to the branch account, and will do as we like, also he told dont transfer the amount to the bank account...

I am srinivas subscriber of kapil chits, shadnagar branch,. I have lifted my chit on month of april and i submitted all my sureties and documents which is needed to the office. But till now no response while calling no one responding still i dint receive my payment and it has been almost 5 months. I visited office many times but they always gives excuses, sometimes they dint even respond to my calls. I am not sure why it is still pending. I am very much fed up with this kind of treatment. How can we refer your company with this kind of treatment for a customer. I am loosing trust on your company day by day. Please resolve this issue.

The employees in office arguing with me that the manager is not available and they are telling I'm not the employee of the kapil chit fund company and not even respecting the customer. And there are telling that they will do nothing in the office. They are telling that u(me) are not giving salary to us. You can give complaint in head office. And the manager is also not available and his phone is switched off. This is the ridiculous experience I had. It's been 50 days of my chit prized. Still the money is not given to me.

We have lost the 10years trust on kapil chit fund because of mancherial market road branch manager, worst manager and the management have ever seen, his inefficiency putting the customers under trouble... Our chit amount got delayed 1.3years, still have not received the complete amount...

I have member kapil chits of 5 lakh rupees. I have lifted the Chit on 31st May'20. Thay told that please provide the 1 Government surety and 3 private security signs. I have given those proofs after that they told that thsese not enough to process your chit. Then they agian told that Fixed the 150000 amount in my account (Kapil) aremaining will process. I Have asked the management to cancel the Chit. They told thay you have paid ~940000. If you cancelled we will give you Rs 120000. Still now no response from Kapil management they are mentally distubed me.Please resolve the issue.Please cancel the Chit and provide the my amount which I have paid.
