I participated auctionon 30 june 2020 (Lift) claimed chiti already i requested branch manager to remove 5 months amount (50 month chiti already i paid 45 months) they have to give remaining amount but still now there is no response from branch manager.

My policy completed in january 2020, amount is pending, my policy numberfot12g-2, u r ver much interested in taking policy but not in giving maturity amount u r agent r not lifting phone, no one giving proper response, customer satisfaction is 3% it is shame for institutions, i have another policy 5 lakh i will stop payment of next month

Iam g jayavardhan rao from jammikunta, iam a customer from last 8 years

I recently compleated my chit on the month of march 15th of 5 lacks chit group is

18j from jammikunta branch, i completed all settlement process march itself, this is the month of july actually as for terms and conditions as for customer law you need to settled with in 30 to 40 days otherwise you need to pay with intrest, but still its not done from this branch, and jammikunta branch manager mr mohan mob no :[protected], also very casually giving the answers and he is not responding at all, you are losting the customer satisfaction. If you not responding iam going to legelly.

I think you will solve the ishue

How many months we have to wait to receive my amount from Kapil chits coasta AMALAPURAM branch. I am waiting 9 months. I visited office many times but manager (Prasad) not responding properly and every time post pone the date.I call AGM to not less than 40 times and send what's app messages. He was not lift the phone even a single time and not responding.When I call RM every time he said that there is no amount in the branch so you can wait for some time.The same words are repeated everytime from amalapuram branch manager and RM. I request the higher authorities to settle my amount immediately.It is urgent.please take necessary action and respond.

I have paid all my instalments on time and i have all the receipts of my payments

Each bid is 5 lakhs and total is 25 lakhs for 5 bids which is overdue now

Manager doesnt lift calls and doesnt reply to messages

They have been postponing my payments which is due now for 4 months

They always have an excuse for not releasing the cheque

Agent makes excuses saying that he will definitely get the amount but then fails to deliver

Really feel cheated for trusting this company

I will go to court and file case till i get my full money back

Please if there's anyone who can resolve this then please do so
Im really in need of my money

I'm nandigam. Ramesh from srikakulam costumer of your chit fund narasannapeta branch. I'm a regular participant in chits without any due pending. But around four years i was removed from chit without my concern. I'm not a defaulter at all. I pledge chit with surity and didn't get the amount. I didn't get any thing in time. Consider my complaint or i will go to consumer court.

The pargi branch is so unreliable.. Making me think you are fraud.. They are not giving my confirmed prized money which was due on january 2020 and instead still promising different dates to collect it from them... When asked for a reason, they are becoming abusive and disrespectful.. So i no longer believe in your fake dates and no longer have trust on your company... I want my prized money as soon as possible before this month end, else i will file a legal consumer complaint against this fraudulent act.. Below are chit details:

Hi, they are now deducting75000 out of 127000 which was paid... This was never communicated... I had been trying to reach out past 6 months.. Now all of sudden they have called up after we told them that we shall file case.. They are deducting 5 percent and gst.. And not ready to give written communication.. Gnaneshwar reddy has never given any receipt nor any document... He simply bluffs

Hi, its been a month i have completed paper work and provided all required documents for processing of my chit amount. However, i have been given 3 dates 10th, 15th and 23rd march for he payment process and no agent calls me inform me about the delay or what is happening and when i will be receiving the chit amount.

I have contacted hanumanth reddy branch manager to provide details and he responds stating that i am not his relative to provide upfront information.

There is no response from your company since last month. Please respond and give the amount to me.

There is so called branch manager of gachibowli who has opened my account and took 30k every month and promised that he will liftthe chit after 6 months but every time he started cookibg up stories that he could not go attend auction etc so i decided to terminate, it's been 2 months this guy is avoiding calls and messages, everytime he says he is in a meeting or on a vacation, iamfed up.. His name is gbaneshwar reddy

This is with reference to chit number fat09p-27 for 10, 00, 000 at kapil chits alwal branch hyderabad. The auction was done in the month of january 2020 and bid was allotted to me but the money was not received till date. I am continuously following up with several people (Gandhi, branch manager krishna reddy, saidulu) at the branch and they keep promising different dates every time i speak. And most of the times they are not picking the phone. I am little worried as i have not received the money and also have another chit with this company at kushaiguda branch. Could you please help me with this. I have several other people reported this issue. Please help.
