Gbaneshwar reddy is the person who has opened my chit, he never provides any information but just takes money on time, he kept telling that next month will life chit and cooked up stories, since I got fed up with h then asked to terminate my chit, he agreed and kept telling that he will come to take signatures and as and when someone joins the chit I woll get my money, but it's been more than month, he stopped calling, taking my calls, messages etc

I was chit holder in 20 lakh group in our kapil chits. I was participated in the in action and i got the chit in the month of november 2019. But till today i didn't get all money (Chit amount).in february 20th our branch issued only 5lakh 24000 cheque. Remaining amount not yet received. I had submitted all documents which are mandatory. So i request you to pursue above said issue.

I joined a chit at kapil chits kondapur branch. I prized the chit 4 months back but still i haven't received my cheque from the company. I called up many time to the collection agent chiranjeevi and his manager yadava reddy and agm too but they are not even lifting the calls. Their behavior while taking chit and now are completely opposite and not proper. The main intention of placing chit was to complete our small needs but i lost that due to this dealay. Because of this i have to pay extra interest amount to others from i have taken money.

I need my interest to the chit amount along with chit amount as compensation. Please help me in this regards.

I lakshmanarao pattigilli i have chit in vizianagaram branch and it going to auction in nov 2018 but payment to me on july 2019 it's very late and behavior of manager also worst behavior that the reason i rapid the chit install amount ware delayed now it's going to legal and it's fine also very high ok i will pay the money tell me what amount i will pay the money but your advisor tell to me 122000 and he is bargained and paid 93000 it's settled
But not in record it's woral tell to me i asked him please provide document in printed but it is in legal so we don't provide written it's possible or not tell to me
And i have a friend in kapil chits and asked him what is it he replyed me it's in legal but it is 99000 only you contact to branch manager you bargain to him he is guide to you and and it settled to you lessthen 99000 why are your advisor tell to me wrongly guide me he is layer
It's going to legal i will paid the money 25000 in 31 dec 2019 and i paid the money 13000 also in 10 feb 2020

I'm a customer from beeramguda branch. I have started a chit for 3 lakhs amount and completed the chit in dec 2019. It's been 2 months and still i didn't receive the amount. The manager devaiah and asst manager ravindar are so irresponsible in even replying the issue. The are even not lifting the phone calls and also making their phones switched off while contacting. Repeatedly they are saying that the amount will be received today or tomorrow but still i didn't get the amount.
I request you to take stringent action against them for their recklessness and rectify my issue and make sure i get the amount as early as possible

Why not get the prized cheq asking to the manager that manage told to me ur irregular payment that's why the delay cheq,
I was asked plz show the statement and talk to that manager is not told the answer to me that anyway 4 months are passed away from you chit prized amount not given to me so plz rectified my problem and action that manager to do not leazy to every one

Sir, i palleti polayya invested in a chit group ref : jv187/19 amount 3.0 lakh at gajuwaka/ visakhapatnam branch in kapil chit/kosta/pvtltd. Chit was closed on may-19 and the amount was not paid and telling me improper reasons, i have given my account details at thier branch gajuwaka, still they express that cheque will be issued to me in after some time. I have approached your office on many occasions, still they didn't pay my matured amount.

I n. Kanaka durga complaining about my closed chit in kapil chits regarding that my chit is completed on 28.08.2019 of 5 lakhs rupees and also i got clearance certificate for my chit from the branch manager and now i m getting phone calls and summons from lawyer that i have to pay 18 thousand rupees to the company although i cleared all the amount to the company mvp colony, visakhapatnam branch andhrapradesh

I valluripally anusha joined a kapil chit fdvt 19j-11 at dondaparthy branch vizag. I take a acution on[protected] for the amount of 4, 60, 900/- i make number of calls to the manager regarding the chit amount. But he was not responding. I submitted all the documents. But tilldate[protected] i am not receiving the prized amount. So please go through this matter and sanction my amount.

Pothugantiwar ravinder my chit no. Fnkt 04 j 11 kapil chit kanteshwar branch nizamabad my chity successful completed but when did i withdraw chity that time debited 7500/rs. This chity completed 30 months ago. Did not credited refundable amount till now. But i started again another one chity in that branch no fnkt j 12 successful paid amount 49 months last one month i did not paid because manager didn't give me refundable amount first chity. సార్ నేను వరంగల్ రూరల్ జిల్లా లోని పరకాల కపిల్ చిట్ బ్రాంచ్లో 10 లక్షల చిట్టీలు 2 వేశాను వాటిని లిఫ్ట్ చేశాక షూరిటీ అన్ని వ్యాలిడ్ అయినవి ఇచ్చాక కూడా కావాలని వెరిఫికేషన్ లేట్ చేస్తూ రెండు నుండి నాలుగు నెలల వ్యవధి లో అమౌంట్ ఇస్తున్నారు నాకు అమౌంట్ పూర్తిగా ఇవ్వలేదు బ్రాంచ్ మేనేజర్ గారిని ఏమైంది అని అడిగితే నీకు ఇష్టమైన చోట చెప్పుకో అని మాట్లాడుతున్నాడు కాబట్టి నా సమస్యను త్వరగా పరిష్కరించాలన కోరుచున్నాను, chit no FPRT10P- 27&28

Its been 3 months that we didn't receive amount, when we ask about this to manager he s not responding at all. We have paid the amount on time, when its the time to repay he s not responding please take action on him and repay us else i will lodge a complaint and file a case with police. And we have already told him the same many times that its urgent as it needs to be utilised for my sister's marriage. Still he is not responding and this is highly unfair and irresponsible manager. This leads to the defaming the organisation

I have bidded the chit in the month of september, 2019 at kapil chits, balapur. I have submitted the required surities within 10 days, even after lapse of more than 3 months the amount/cheque was not handed over to me. When ever i contact manager regarding cheque, he always says within 2 days i will send. But not send the same. It is the worst service i received. Other chit fund companies gives cheques atleast 40 to 50 days.

There is incorrect and fluctuated late fee interest rates collected from customers and when i asked the branch manager(Mahesh) he is showing irresponsible behaviour and negligence to customer as response and disconnecting the call when i am talking on the phone and also when chit auction done by the customer, the amount to be recieved is taking from min 3 to 4 months to one year

I am a customer of your Hyderabad Hasthinapuram Branch holding Chit# FKLTT09J22, which was prized in the month of October. I have submitted all the documents in Dec 1st week to Mr Jayapal who used to work in Hasthinapuram who after submitting the documents moved to a different branch.

The chit money is not credited to my account yet I was give number of branch manager Anil Kumar Dayyala ( [protected] -who never picks up calls) and Sunil ([protected]) who I talked to but always says some or the other reason but never provided my with the details of my chit.

This is a money related product where every day affected causes a serious mental trauma to the customers and this behaviour of the employee is extremely unsatsifying. Not sure how effective this complaint hoping it gets resolved and I get my money credited soon.

I dr nivedita has take 3 lakh chit in kapil madinaguda branch i paid 1.85 rupees till now the balance shd be 80000 and now the recovery person by name nithin is pressurising and threatening me to pay 220000 this is a clear cheating .i have all the reciepts for which i have paid . My cell no is [protected] pls give a call onnce you enquire about this and give me the solution otherwise i have to go legal for further assistance .

I have lifted my chit on 29 th sep submitted surities according to them branch manager issuing bid cancellation letter to me on 21 st dec. That letter i i received on 26 th dec. This is unfortunate that they r lying everytime if i ask cheque it will be issued in 2 to 3 days like that 3 months completed now i recieved a letter kindly do something n plz get back my hardened money.

A loan recovery agent name raju, kapilchitfunds, vidyanagar branch, karimnagar came to the house and used abusing language and don't know how to behave with the customers. I kept the surety signature for the customer this is not the fair way to treat the customer. This may lead to the negative publicity for the company. I hope you may take the action in very soon.
