I alishetty padma maintaining a chit of rs 5.00 lakhs at your tupran branch. The details are here under

I was supposed to receive the amount of rs 4.00 lakhs after deducting your branch commission and holding seven installments amount of rs 70000 on 06th march 2019.
Till date i did not receive the amount. The branch head mr b arvind reddy and st aff are not responding to my calls and my presence. We plan and invest in chits and if such is the situation what will be our feed back.
I request for the immediate payment.

My chit was completed on november month2018, but chit amount was not given till now, saying tomorrow and day after tomorrow, staff was not responding properly, manger was so irresponsible and executives are also not responding to calls. Behaving rudely, i'm last customer of the chit, all chit members were withdrawn their amount but my account was not settled, previous chit interest amount also not given till now. Dear sir,
I took subscription in chit no FSSRT01J-25 in november 2018. It is a vacant one. I paid all previous dues and got prize in the subsequent month. I submitted all necessary sureties in jan 2019 but till now i dint recieve prized money. Even, till now nobody came for verification of sureties. The branch manager, (Mr. swamy, Sircilla2 branch) is very irresponsible. He always says tomorrow when i call him. normally, i dint attend my call, whenever I do call from other number he lifts the call and says the same word "tommorrow". As per the toll in this site the worst chit fund company award goes to kapil chit fund company. plz resolve my query as early as possible. since 6 months passed away i wexed up with this guys. Plz let me know shall I lodge a complaint in consumer court?

any person is not answering
iam lifting 5L chit in feb 28/2019, but chit money is not paid
iam chit lifting 2 month 10 days, but money is not paid

This is n. Manidhar.. My mother has been told that she will be given 3 bonds (Bvm energy & residency pvt ltd)@ rs 1.25 lakhs each for the chit amount related to fgut13j-31auctioned in the month of may, 2018 from kapil chit funds, gudivada branch. But only 2 bonds are given in the month of february. As the 3rd bond details are not sent to central office at hyderabad, the branch manager has been requested to return the amount of rs 1.25 lakhs. But till now the amount is not given to my mother. Plz do the needful and return the amount at the earliest

-my mother smt neelam vijaya bharathi is having chit no fguto2h-34 for rs 3, 00, 000/-at gudivada branch of krishna dt. The maturity period is completed in the month of november, 2018 and she was not been given the amount so far. Though cheque was sent from zonal office to pay the amount to my mother (As informed in the zonal office).. The concerned branch manager has failed to do so till now. It is requested several times to both branch manager & zonal branch manager but no response.. Hence requested to kindly do the needful in clearing the chit amount to my mother

Buchi babu Chowdary the manager of Nalgonda branch of Kapil chits is very rude, abuses the customers in a bad vulgar and unparliamentary language so many customers are suffering from him but not able to know how to get rid of him,

I have chit in kapil chits rajahmundry branch for rs 500000/- i was submitted all required documents in december 2018 but i didn't receive my bid amount till know. Branch manager was very irresponsible person. He didn't have minimum concern about customers. And the regional manager also didn't respond. I don't know how to recover my amount. Kapil chits was cheating customers

This is in regards to the chit # fkltt06p-16 in the name of vanaparthy nagesh was promised to give the lifted chit amount in the month of march basis on which i have prepared my son college fees.
I have provided all the requested documents however, the agent at lb nagar branch anil at lb nagar branch ([protected]) is making us go round and round and till date we did not get any amount.
So many people told about this harassment before starting the chit with kapil thinking that it is a good organisation but the peoples opinion is correct.
Need your help to co ordinate with kapil chits and get my lifted chit amount paid on priority or advise further action to be taken. Vanaparthy nagesh[protected].

This is to inform that your customer (Mr. V. Joginath)- customer jeedimetla branch with 500000 chit, had met with an accident on 19 th of march 2019 and is currently not in a state to pay the instalment of remaining said 50000 rs, as of now. But once he recovers (In a couple of months) we assure u that he will make the payment and close the chit. Hope u will consider it.
Please do not proceed for legal procedure as it would be very shameful on your part that u are not considering the above said case on humanitarian grounds.

I have picked my 30000 rs chit in january till not i did not got payment i have spoke to manager, asst manager all others i hve went to my branch officer, regional office all are irresponsible i have took chit last auction not in between i have paid regularly even though they are playing with us

2. I have got another chit of 10000 till now same i did not got payment i have submitted all papers related

3. Recently in the month of march also i took chit of 10000 till now they did not took signature also

Sir i participated in auction in janauary. Even after months i have not received amount. and no one is responding even information is not providing ...they r all ways saying busy busy i dont know more then customers what ur employs r busy

We have taken bid on[protected] of chit no. Fwst11j49, for rs.500000/- from kapil chits, hanamkonda, dist: warangal urban, telangana state. So far the amount is not credited to me though i have submitted all documents after bidding the chit, submitting bank details. The manager, mr. Sagar of kapil chits branch hanamkonda, has visited me and told that due to non payments from other subscribers in march-2019, it is delayed and will be paid soon. But till[protected] the anount is not paid, and there is no response from the manager, he is not lifting the phone, the agent is also not responding till todate.

I’m not happy to make complaint against you, but you people are not bothering anything about Customer’s.I have bond in your nellore Kosta branch-1, Certificate number.PA/KIA-NEL/L64/2016 which already matured[protected] but still not paid money.
Iam asking and reminding to Branch Manager Mr.Murali, Financial Manager Mr.Kumaraswami And Zonal Head Mr.Srinivas but no use they always saying something.This is not first time before one bond made payment after 6months of matured date that time almost 1000times I reminded.What is this?why you people are not taking care?in fact I didn’t get any benefit from your company even I lost more money and I paid premiums right time &advance but your side so sad.
For this bond I’m reminding from Dec 2018 and also submitted all required documents please feel something and take seriously

Am a member of Kapil Chits Pvt Ltd and I would like to inform that the Kapil Chits agent is troubling me by not giving me my chit amount on time. I wanted to inform that I have kept my registration of plot under hold and was asking for chit amount since almost 8 months and every month, the agent gives some reasons and the chit ends now in the next 3 months and still he says the chit has been auctioned with higher competition. How is it possible when there are only other 3 members as my competitors .

Am really worried if I will get my money or not

Laks to me. Brought to the notice of the
MD-sri Varaprasad and RM- sri Vasu, no
response. Stop PF, Gratuity etc. to solve
Our losses.
2.since march, 2018 ( more than one year)
Chit payments on different chits of me
were not paid tuned to 11 lacks, by
saying something(cock and bull
stories).
Its causing us metal agony, depression
and physical ailments such as BP,
SUGAR, Suicidal feelings.
Prayed, begged, requested up to MD

Myself n.rukmabai deposited 2 lakhs in kapilchits sister concern Ramya construction 2 years ago. The bond matured 20 Feb 2019, from last 3 months the manager is not responding to the calls. This is a fraud company and the police has to take action regarding this. I will put a police case .

M/s ramya constructions limited which is the sister concern of kapil chits pvt limited has given me a bond for rs 3 lakhs along with an interest of rs 2.25 lakhs vide certificate number lp/ram-dc/f17/2014. The bond was encashed during june 18. Against the interest amount of rs 2.25 lakhs an amount of rs 22500 has been deducted towards tds and till date you have not credited the said tds in my 26as. Hence request you to resolve the issue immediately. As you are aware that the tds deducted by you and not deposited will be liable for prosecution and severe penalty. Hence request you to resolve it immediately

I haven't given stood as Guarantor for Mr. Ramana P Whose Kapil chit funds no is FVBT04F-25 but i have received Guarantor notice on April 04th, 2019 and the notice is dated on March 14th and it states i stood as surety and i need to repay his outstanding amount of Rs.7416/- with in a week and i m not aware about this chit and i m no where related to this and i did not stood as guarantor for Mr. Ramana.It looks like someone forged my signature and mentioned my address.

I want this issue to be resoled and noticed to be revoked and compensation need to be paid for my reputation loss

Hi sir, you are not following following any labour rules w. R. T. Your kapil chits employees. You are forcing them to work through out the year with only 3 leaves per annum. Few of your employees are working continuously even on every sunday. You are not considering that, they have families & responsibilities too, not the only your salary/employment. This is the serious violation of hr rules. Please follow the labour rules w. R. T the employment.
If not, you will be sued very soon.
