We have taken bid on[protected] of chit no. Fwst11j49, for rs.500000/- from kapil chits, hanamkonda, dist: warangal urban, telangana state. So far the amount is not credited to me though i have submitted all documents after bidding the chit, submitting bank details. The manager, mr. Sagar of kapil chits branch hanamkonda, has visited me and told that due to non payments from other subscribers in march-2019, it is delayed and will be paid soon. But till[protected] the anount is not paid, and there is no response from the manager, he is not lifting the phone, the agent is also not responding till todate.

I’m not happy to make complaint against you, but you people are not bothering anything about Customer’s.I have bond in your nellore Kosta branch-1, Certificate number.PA/KIA-NEL/L64/2016 which already matured[protected] but still not paid money.
Iam asking and reminding to Branch Manager Mr.Murali, Financial Manager Mr.Kumaraswami And Zonal Head Mr.Srinivas but no use they always saying something.This is not first time before one bond made payment after 6months of matured date that time almost 1000times I reminded.What is this?why you people are not taking care?in fact I didn’t get any benefit from your company even I lost more money and I paid premiums right time &advance but your side so sad.
For this bond I’m reminding from Dec 2018 and also submitted all required documents please feel something and take seriously

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Am a member of Kapil Chits Pvt Ltd and I would like to inform that the Kapil Chits agent is troubling me by not giving me my chit amount on time. I wanted to inform that I have kept my registration of plot under hold and was asking for chit amount since almost 8 months and every month, the agent gives some reasons and the chit ends now in the next 3 months and still he says the chit has been auctioned with higher competition. How is it possible when there are only other 3 members as my competitors .

1.Mr. K. Satyanarayana, ex-BM, took cash
from us and gave us Ch. receipts by
giving his cheques, which were stalled
subsequently. This amount tuned to two
Laks to me. Brought to the notice of the
MD-sri Varaprasad and RM- sri Vasu, no
response. Stop PF, Gratuity etc. to solve
Our losses.
2.since march, 2018 ( more than one year)
Chit payments on different chits of me
were not paid tuned to 11 lacks, by
saying something(cock and bull
stories).
Its causing us metal agony, depression
and physical ailments such as BP,
SUGAR, Suicidal feelings.
Prayed, begged, requested up to MD
also. But not invain.
Matter must be taken seriously and
solve our problems immediately.

Sir i participated in auction in last year june. Even after 10 months i have not received amount. Because of my earlier commitments i borrowed from somewhere else, now i am paying every month interest on it. Even registered chit company takes this much time how can we survive. Please help me in this regard.

M/s ramya constructions limited which is the sister concern of kapil chits pvt limited has given me a bond for rs 3 lakhs along with an interest of rs 2.25 lakhs vide certificate number lp/ram-dc/f17/2014. The bond was encashed during june 18. Against the interest amount of rs 2.25 lakhs an amount of rs 22500 has been deducted towards tds and till date you have not credited the said tds in my 26as. Hence request you to resolve the issue immediately. As you are aware that the tds deducted by you and not deposited will be liable for prosecution and severe penalty. Hence request you to resolve it immediately

My name is yaganti vamsi, i deposited chit amount in vedayapalem branch, it has been matured in feb 19-2019, till now i didn't get amount minimum 50times i visited and contacted the staff they will tell on finance team and this guy's will tell on bm, that bm don't lift the call or he switched off the phone, even i contacted md of kosta also he talked to me for 4 times and he put my number in block mode, very very very dissatisfied customer of kapil chits

Sir, i am i. Prashanth since 10 years i am the customer of kapil chits. At present my 10 lakhs chit no. Fbht06p-19 at kapil chits bhainsa. 504103 nirmal dist. I lifted the chit in november 2018 with surity of another 5 lakh chit. Till today i did not received the amount. I. E[protected]. No one is lifting the phone and giving information about the amount.

I request you to solve the issue i am in need of money. Nearly 150...

Chitno. Fmkt 47j-37, karimnagar, worst service, money manipulation, rude behavior of mankamma thota br. Manager and staff. Returning cheque to customer, finally sending chit to legal collection. Irresponsible management. Digussed and ready to go to court even to pay future amount. Staff has no response to get new customers, even a bad talk has come not to join in kapil.

Dear Sir,

I haven't given stood as Guarantor for Mr. Ramana P Whose Kapil chit funds no is FVBT04F-25 but i have received Guarantor notice on April 04th, 2019 and the notice is dated on March 14th and it states i stood as surety and i need to repay his outstanding amount of Rs.7416/- with in a week and i m not aware about this chit and i m no where related to this and i did not stood as guarantor for Mr. Ramana.It looks like someone forged my signature and mentioned my address.

I want this issue to be resoled and noticed to be revoked and compensation need to be paid for my reputation loss

Hi sir, you are not following following any labour rules w. R. T. Your kapil chits employees. You are forcing them to work through out the year with only 3 leaves per annum. Few of your employees are working continuously even on every sunday. You are not considering that, they have families & responsibilities too, not the only your salary/employment. This is the serious violation of hr rules. Please follow the labour rules w. R. T the employment.
If not, you will be sued very soon.

I am a. Vijay kumar of diamond point branch has auctioned a 3 lakhs chit (Fat08h-43) for 2.5 lakhs, during month of feb/mar 2018. But i was not been provided any cheque for the relevant amount though i have submitted all the documents by october 2018 well in advance. I am not getting my amount after making multiple calls to vidyasagar, and kiran reddy (Branch manager). Can you please do the needful and get my money as early as possible.

My chit amount is for rs 5, 00, 000, i am regularly paying my chit amount & i took the chit 14 months ago. But till now i didn't get any amount. Even i have registered a complaint to the sub-register (Lakdikapool), than i got cheque than said amount, even than they are stopping me to deposits the cheque in the bank. They are giving a proper calculation about the amount.

This is regarding the chit no. Fdt15p-45, we have lifted our chit during dec'2018. We have been asked to collect the disbursement amount on 27 march. When we visited the branch manager, he asked us to come on 1st april, again he moved the date to 4th april, when we visited again they asked us to visit on 10th april. And today when we are here, bm has dishonored the commitment. He is asking to come on 17th april.

Kindly note that this has led to major disappointment for us as we have kept faith with your organization. We feel betrayed after waiting for number of days and dishonored commitment given to us.

Please let me know how would you take appropriate action on the bm and immediately disburse our funds. I reiterate that our relationship with your organization is strained and we are deeply saddened about your bm in action.

So far the manager of kapil chits kanteshwer branch not given to me any check and proper responce and told me whenever funds came came from head office then i will give check it will take 3 months to 6 months

Hi,

I k. Murali krishna joined kapit chits on[protected] for chit value of rs. 500000/- with chit reference no. Fhis05j-3 through its executive mr. R shiva radhi at himayatnagar branch.
This chit was of 25 months with monthly subscription value as rs. 20, 000/-.
I paid the amount regularly without fail on every month till aug 2018 as that was the one before the last month and as i needed money i called for auction in month of aug 2018.
Mr. R shiva radhi completed all formalities w. R. T to paper work and took my signature on all required documents saying he will deposit the amount in 15-20 days.
Even after 30 days i did not hear anything from shiva then i started contacting him over phones, sms and whatsapp regularly asking for amount to be deposited as i need them to repay my loans and other planned work.
Every time he said, amount will be deposited by next week then he started coming up with excuses that branch do not have amount currently and so on.
This got dragged till november 2018 and he finally he issued a post dated (Date:[protected] cheque for rs. 3, 93, 825/ and said remaining amount he will adjust by 2nd week of next month december 2018.
Again he started avoiding my calls and giving lame excuses and again after continuous follow-ups, this time on 24thjan 2019 he transferred only rs. 24000/- to my axis bank account.
April 2019 started and he still have to pay me rs. 34, 000/- + interest amount from all the delays.
Now he is not accepting my calls, nor is he responding on whatapps or sms’s.

Dear sir,

This is to request and provide the justice on the chit fsat08p-45, i have lifted (36th month) in dec2018 and till date i. E 29th mar 2019, i have not received the chit amount. The chit fund guys purely concentrate on delaying the process.

I have provided the sureties (2 it and 1 government) and then later after one month came back after multiple followups and asked for the another government sureties. I have been following since i have submitted all required documents by 11th march finally and the response is very irrelevant and also they stated nothing more required from our end.

Now the manager (Vishnu vardhan reddy) states the cheque will be issued by 20th of april which is delaying and that too the cheque date might be one month future date (As per other members concerned in the chit). Please help to resolve the issue and hand over my chit amount as early as possible.

Respected sirs, my chit no fogt12j-26, ongole 2 branch, prakasam district.. My prized token no is 50. This chit was completed. But my payment was delayed. I asked manager several times, he delayed 3 months.. Plz issue me my payment immediately.. Thanking u sir. I totally based on this chit. I am retired employee. Plz solve my problem immediately.
