Iam the subscriber in neredmet branch of chit no. Fnmt02g-09. I have lifted the chit on[protected]. As per company norms i am submitted the surites and also verification completed, as on day i have not received bid payable amount. On[protected] i have received a message current month due amount adjusted from bidpayable amount, but still iam not received bidpayable amount. So, give me reply regarding my bid payable amount. Or else i will take forther action.

I have lifted the chit at seventh month and got the cheque after two month with multiple call and
Messages to the branch. I have call to hanumanthu branch manager he told that within two day i have
Called after two and again he told it will take three day, like that it went two month and the manager
Not lifted my call, i have called hundred and messaged so many times.
I have went to branch personally to meet manager, hanumanth rao told that amount is not there in bank
And he shown the cheque to me and saying in bank no amount, what is this the answer from branch
Manager, this is not my problem right i have told he said this is our polices, so silly answer given
Branch manager, i have told ok if we missed our commitment will you agree, he told why we will wait, we
Will not wait….. And i told so why should i wait and also you are holding my cheque and saying there is
No amount in bank? So he agreed that i’ll write the cheque data after fifteen days, so clearly told
That for me also three month will be delay, so he agreed for that and i have accepted the date after
Fifteen days.
The kapil chit fund member raju came to collect the amount, i told take for one month now and he
Straggly dined the told ill take two months only, if two month you will not give ill not take one
Month, so told, will you give me in writing like that will not take one month, so went without
Collecting the of one month chit amt, due to this it delay for three month and went to sureties to
Letter due to your kapil chit fund member……………..
When i asked to hanumanth rao for waiver, he was not lifting my call, and one time he picked and saying
This is not my problem you need to pay full amount, i have asked you told you will waive the banalities
And he strongly dined and gave me area sale manager madhu, i am following with them past four months
And the penalties are increasing, mr. Madhu told ill do something and he took two month and he blocked
My number.
This is your kapil chit fund organizing and giving wrong commitment to customer, while taking to
Hunumanth rao i have recorded with full proof that holding cheque and saying in bank there is no
Amount due to this im writing in cheque date after fifteen days, if you want ill send the recording.
When i have asked to asm madhu, with call different number that why you have blocked my number, he
Simply said why you are calling call to branch manager……
I have recording conversation with bank manager that in bank there is no money due to that we are requesting, ill give after ten days ………

When i am calling dilshuknager branch manager is not lifting my call, is this the way kapil group treating to customers, this so pathetic and its going every month and also increasing the amount every month

We are the Member of a Chit of KAPIL CHITS (HYDERABAD) PVT., LTD., at Abids branch, Hyderabad. The Chit value is Rs.2, 00, 000/- for a tenor of 50 Months, commencing from 03/15 with Monthly subscription of Rs.4000/- . I have been paying the Monthly installments regularly.

At the time of opening the Chit, I was told that the Chit amount, on winning the bid, will be paid to the prize winner within 7 days from the date of documentation, if no collateral security like immovable property or Guarantor is involved.

Accordingly, in view o[censored]rgent need of money, I have won the bidding at loss on 30.11.2018, after 45 months tenor is completed. And on my persuasion, you have completed the documentation for the purpose on 11.12.2018. At the time of documentation, I was informed that the amount for the balance installments will be adjusted from the total amount of the Chit payable to me so that No Collateral Security is required to provide. I agreed for the same. Since then, in spite of our continuous personal follow up, neither the Manager nor the Staff is responding to our request for payment of the Chit amount.
I am utterly disappointed since the purpose of auctioning the chit has been defeated, because of the Chit amount not being received till date, even after lapse of 45 days from the date of auctioning.

Thus, the Gross Failure in arranging payment of the Chit Amount till date by KAPIL CHITS amount to Cheating, breach of trust.

All the victims of KAPIL CHITS are hereby advised to come on a single platform and fight against the company. Who ever interested to share the common platform, please mail to [protected]@gamail.com. Let us decide the future course of action unitedly. There is no option but to proceed legally, besides bringing to the notice of the Registrar of Chits for necessary action.

*pls not to join kapil chit fund, i have faced soooooo many issues*
Please do not join kapil chit, before join they will give multipule commitments, once we join they will not pick the phones and they will block our numbers.
I am member of kapil chit fund i have joined after six month and paid with six month of installment.
Dilshuknager branch mr. Hanumanth rao, i have lifted the chit and they told they will give asap by one month, i am keep calling after a month and they are not picking my calls, i have waited and manager told within two day, i have call after two day and again they told three day, like this it went for two month and they started not lifing my call and i msged them, they are telling in the meeting. So i have personally went there branch manager to ask, they hold my check for fifteen day and they are telling that they do not have fund, i have recorded each and every conversation with manager, i told that is not my proble and manager telling that its kapil chit procedure, what the hell of this procedure keeping my check with them and telling funds are not there in bank, and one more thank the area sales manager also blocked my number and saying that contact to branch manager only why you are calling to me. This is the anwser i got from asm.

After lifting the 7th month chit i am getting the installment every month of full amount, you will laugh i got commission every month as ten rupees after. So ill request to every one plz plz plz do to join the kapil chit.
They will take gst and document charges as 10000 for 500000 chit amt..

I think kapil chits are in losses
I didnt get my chit amount even after six months. I have drawn my chit in ashok nagar branch. I have been calling branch continuously initially they were giving dates and now they stopped lifting phone. I have called and informed agm mr. Srinivas reddy. He has said that my cheque will be issued 3months back. Once called him and he was shouting on me regarding this issue. He was given his executive number for follow up mr. Mallesh nobody is keeping their promise they are just prolonging the time.

I didnt get my chit amount even after six months. I have drawn my chit in dilsukhnagar branch. I have been calling branch continuously initially they were giving dates and now they stopped lifting phone. I have called and informed the regional head madhusudhan reddy. He has said that my cheque will be issued today. Today he didn't lift the phone, he sent a message that he is in the meeting. Nobody is keeping their promise they are just prolonging the time.

I have lifted my chit in month of november and agent promised i will get cheque by dec 23, after which agent do not lift any of my calls and later i visited office and he gives me lame excuses that it got delayed because of holidays. Do they really wait if we delay the amount. Today is jan 14 and still i idid not got amount deposited or cheque received. I talked to shapurnagar branch manager and he promised jan 7 at any cost without fail. But today is 14 and he says you will get in next week. People need money at times o[censored]rgency and i am paying interest outside. Need help to solve this asap. Sunil

My chit numbers are fkkl09f-36, fkkl09f-37. Almost 70 days back i withdraw one by giving surity of other. Kapil guys moosapet branch are irresponsible, my house owner got the same problem and he went to kphb branch and got regional manager number. After contacting him he got the cheque... I withdraw my chit on oct 30th. Till now no response. Collection guys called me day and night anytime for collecting money. But they are not available now for providing an update. Please have a deep lookin on this moosapet branch and the management. They joined me 9 money completed chit and i paid the full money while withdrawing.

I m paying a 5l chit with kapil chit since 50 months. With this month chit is gonna complete 50 months and they has to release the money, now the manager is saying, they don't complete 5l to me as they are gonna deduct 5% as a commission which i haven't been notified while starting of the chit. Is that with every one? Or manager trying to cheat me?

We hold chit from jagtial branch and not received my payment from july 2018. Auction date was july 2018. Its been more than 5 months waiting for money.

Everyday we are going to branch and asking manager abount the cheque he says no money and will give on some other day. I dont understand while you are running out money. Its very shame on your company by seeing these many bad reviews.

Kindly someone check and take necessary action in receiving cheque.

My chit auction was august 2018. Manager (Kishanbabu) promised me, chit amount should be paid within 45days. But he crossed the promise. Manager did not answer my calls and not proper replys. Nobody answered at the branch. Finally i got the cheque dated 31 dec2018. But the cheque bounced as a reason is insufficient funds. They are cheat me

I have not received my payment still today
The auction date is 30th september
The manager named swamy gave me a cheque but it was not passed due to lake of money i. E the cheque was bounced. One of my friends adviced to file a cheque bounce case against company but i can't. Being a government employee and responsible citizen nowwhat can i do.
Nearly i met the manager, agents and the office responsibles 20 times but there is no response.
Every day when i call the manager he tells me that there is no money in the account of kapil group.
I never saw such a irresponsible manager in kapil group named swamy.

Sir, we are holding a chit no. Fht11g-31 opened with kapil chits at abids branch, hyderabad, running for 50 months with rs.4000/- per month, commencing from 03/2015.
At the time of opening the chit, the manager promised to arrange the payment within 7 days time from the date of auction, if no collateral security is involved.
In view o[censored]rgent need of the amount, we have participated in bidding on 30.11.2018 and won for the loss. We also complied the relative documentation on 11.12.2018. Since then, inspite of our continuous follow up and reminders, neither the manager nor the staff is responding to our request for payment of the chit amount. I am utterly disappointed since the purpose for auctioning the chit is not serving with the much delay tactics played by the company people. Under the circumstances, we are left with no option but to complaint for early payment of the chit amount.

This is govardhan we are very valuable customers to the kapil chits and been with the same since 10 years but still we are very unhappy with the management regarding the amount of prized.

Don't know how managers and the agents were recruited through, all are illiterate and don't know the commonsense on how to approach the customers and behave.

We have lift the auctioned prized money of 5, 00, 00/ chit on sep 2018 of bid 38000/- in sr nagar, hyderabad branch under the control of dilip reddy (Branch manager) they promised us to pay the amount on end of october and now its been 3 months still they were keep on lie on payment and no clarity for themselves on amount when they will handover.

Expecting the positive response soon and management should have concentrate on lower leaders or managers for at least somehow better improvement on process.

My name is sankella srinivas i joined in your tadepalligudem branch w. G. Dist, a. P. By taken broken chit in february 2018. My chit no. Isftdlo2j-13. At the time of joining chit balance was 1, 53, 824, and i am paying regularly every month monthly installments with out standing amount. By september 2018, iam coming to regular without any outstanding amount, but i was received a notice in this month that is iam pending some amount, iam asking your collection agent, but he is not respond properly. Iam talking with your manager and he was said that the pending amount was broken chit charges, but at the time of joining i have no explained about that charges. Iam a valuable customer to your company, but your staff cheated me, iam very disppoint. I request you to please solve my problem, unless i will complaint to the registrar of chits. Thank you. It has been more than 4 months i have not received the amount for the chit that was prized. No one from the branch or the regional office is bothered about this when notified. However, when it comes to diverting the funds to some other investment plans within the same organisation they does it within a week's time. Staff are not willing to take ownership. It is waste of investing time and money.

Worst chitfunds. Please do not invest here

Kapil chit funds is nothing but be*rs. They borrow money from customers but they never provide withdrawal cheque’s on time. All illiterate people work in that office. They don’t even know the calculations.

It is all mixed drama as to delay in providing money to customers.

I really suggest them to sit on temple steps to earn money instead of sitting in that worst office and cheating customers.

I will provide them the bowl and suggest the temple place to sit and borrow money.

I personally faced lot of problem with their action and response to provide me the cheque. After all after 10 months when i stepped into their office they provided cheque with more more arguments.

I really wanted to scold them using all the bad words and curse them. Not only my side from every one they will get cursed and at last the situation comes to take out the kapil chit funds.

So my humble request not to invest in kapil chit funds.

Sir i left my chit in september 2018 i have taken 200000 but remaining 80000 still not given. I humbly request u give my remaining amount. Sir, i am g. Rambabu, one of the bidders in your company having chit in chirala branch, prakasam dist. Of a. P.. I am regular customer of kapil chits from dec / 2014 i placed a request for bid amount of rs.1, 00, 000 on 28/09/18 and submit the all documents for fl closing on next day and waiting for amount to receive. The branch manager was promised for 28th october because this is 45th bid out of 50bids. Since 1st october he said the amount will credit in 2 or 3 days. Till no cheque has been issued and not credited to my account.. For last three weeks branch staff neither responding nor giving reply.. It's a very bad experience.. Never expected such kind of experience... Pls help me...
