Hi sir,

I joined in 5lac group of kapil chit fund, of westmared pally branch, secunderabad.

I lifted chit in month of nov 2017 and completed all documents procedure by 1st week februar.

Now i started following up them for amount but still today not received amout.

They are automatically deducting chit amount for every month from lifed amount but when ask for my cheque they told funds not available in branch.
I follow up branch manager, regional manager but no use.

Branch manager prabhakar[protected]
And
Regional manager sapath [protected].

Chit group is ftl10j-38

They are really showing hell to me for my life.
Please do the needful

we were taken this chit on Dec'17
running chit no is :46
the branch in charge was misleading us from 2 months
and he was deducted remaining months installments also
no one is not responding past 3+ months

During auction of December, i got bid.but till date i didn't received my payment.hiw many days your people to take process my amount.are you working with system.aren't?

Your people are cheating us.working like road side company.

    I rajesh have chit in kapil chits on the name of my father are. Shakaraiah.
    I been awarded the chit in bidding held on 20th january.
    Since then i've asked for suriety of 2 govt and 2 private.
    I've submitted the docs of the surieties along with my docs, that means i've submitted 5surietues.
    Though i've submitted more docs than said now the kapil chits is asking for 3 yes form 16 of pvt. Employes.
    But the corporate employee will never put all the 3yrs form 16 with them.
    Even for the home loan and others people ask only one year form 16.
    Don't know why this kapil chits wantedly screwing the happinesses of the customers.
    Initially they beg for the chit and after the bidding they screw the happinesses.
    I've submitted extra than said but no consideration.
    Please look into this issues.

    Updated by Ramesh.mudham     Kapil Chits representative had told that my cheque had been processed on April 1st week.
    But till now I've received any single rupee.
    Branch manager of mulugu branch kakatiya
    Mr.Linga chary is not even picking my calls.
    what responsible manager and responsible company.

    Just making fools

    Till now any update had come on my complaint.

    I shall approach consumer Court for cheating and irresponsible behavior by the branch manager and the management.

      In tuni branch chitno ftut05h — 48 was prized amount have to be received 280000 in the month of november 2917. It
      Was not received till date bm given written letter for payment date 15/12/2017. Letter attached with this complainant. Solve our problem as early as possible. Due to this problem operation was postponed. Rm sir madan is not taken any action and given wrong committments along with bm sir.

        I am subscriber of kapil chitfund. Chit reference no. Is fbpt21j - 36, commencement date - 27/01/2014, chit value - rs.5, 00, 000/- monthly subscription - 10, 000/- period - 50 months. This chit is completed on 27/02/2018. Iam the last member to receive the amount. They did not paid total amount at once. But the chitfund company has paid an amount of rs. 2, 11, 319/- on 07/03/2018. They are doing delay to pay the remaining amount.

          My chit fgts15f/3 have prized on 30/12/14 and given lic bond security chit has succesfully completed. My polocy no is[protected]. From more than two years of completion chilakaluripeta branch yet not submitted my lic bond. Manager were 2or more members transferred. Any person doesnot respond in chilakaluripeta kapilchits. They said they are unknown this matter.

            I have a subscription in your esteemed chit fund company in sri kalakashathi branch for the past 7 years. I have paid all the installments of subscription and the chit group has completed on november 2017. I have completed all the formalities for settlement claim of chit amount. I have been revolving around the office for months but in vain the amount is not settled to to me. My details are as follows:

              Some collection executives taking money and escaping in Nellore Brundavanam branch even manager also not able to controlling them, one guy namely Dinesh have taken 50, 000/- from me and he did not give any receipt and escaped. Totally Kapil chits is worst

                I, g. Venugopala rao, one of the kapil chits customer at palasa brach, srikakulam dist., a. P., have a chit of rs.2.5 lakhs (5g1 group). Regular payment made to this chit. Yesterday the collection agent, mr. Achari came and collected rs.4830/- for 27th installment. Today when auction was conducted, my authorised agent was rejected to enter into auction hall due to due of amount around rs.200/-. (Two hundred only). The chit company or agent does not intimate about this due at the time of chit amout collection and this amount was not mentioned in their due list also. This was not intimated by phone message also.in this manner i can't participate in this auction today.

                So i request you to enquire about this matter and take necessary action as early as possible to the concerned.

                  Sir if you provide any complaint mail id then i will attach the letter and proof.
                  With false promise the manager made to enter in to the chit frcpt09j/09
                  Cheated me and made me face more financial problems. Finally delayed my fixed deposits for 6 months means i have to wait 6 more months extra to get my deposited amount. I wants my deposits in june18 & 19 itself not in dec2018 &19. He is not accepting me to release my chit amount even if i requested his for release on surities. Kindly do the needful

                    not paying my chit money even after 45 days from the date of auction

                    I am a chit holder in kapil chit funds private limited.
                    And i have taken the chit money (Fkkt01g-9) on 29/12/2017 in the 42nd month (Total period is 50 months) and i have kept pledge another chit (Fkkl09f-38) as surety and completed formalities from my end on the next day itself.

                    The person who conducted the auction told me that i can get the money within 10 days. And i have waited...

                    I, mr. S. Ravi sankar having chit et13f20. I was ps on 28-11-17. Till today i was not received my prize amount. Bm told today or tomorrow we will given. I was pay to tenali branch rupees 30000/- every month. If i was not. Receive the prize amount i was close my nps chits.

                    Rm not lift my phone. No. Of times i was tried. That's why i gave complaint. Pl take immediate action and gave my dd

                      This is srinivas reddy and i have 3 chits of rs 5, 00, 000 group fal08j and by numbers are 5, 6 and 39. I have been paying with in a week for last 2 years.

                      I won the bid for my chit in september'17 and its been 5 month that i did not get my money back. I have been paying the installments within time (Less than a week) for last 2 years and when i need to get my money back i need wait for 5 months? Manager vindo rao does not pick the all (I called him for over 100 times) when i visit the branch office he tells me all un realistic stories.

                      I now doubt that this is a fraud company which is mis using public money.
                      Can any one from management look at this complaint and act and restore the company credibility?

                      Else i will forced to post this in social media platforms.

                        This is venkataramana k, who join the chit in kapil chits kosta private limited, gopalapatnam branch under group code - ticket number : fgpmt01p-35 for l0 lacs chit. I have won the amount in the month of sep 2017 and till now the prized money has not been paid.

                        Its 5 months completed now and still not paid the prized amount, all the times its wrong promises and i am very much worried with your fund management. As kapil chits is not able to make payment unless they receive the funds which makes me to understand in what situation is the company and its fund management.

                        All commitments made so far by manager are false hence need a resolution as soon as possible, failing with i am forced to bring to the attention of appropriate authority per the chit fund act

                          Am the member of Kapil Chits (Kakatiya) Pvt. Ltd. for an amount of Rs.5, 00, 000/-. I have auctioned the chit on 17.10.2017. Till today (2.2.2018) I have not received money from Nellore branch situated near KVR petrol bunk. The Chit group is FGS05J-2013-17. Kindly arrange the payment. Inspite of repeated requests not paying the amount.

Why shouldn't jon in ur kapil group. I paid amount in24 months.92000 avg. But end of 24 months receiving amount 91000 punishment of join in ur group loss of 24 months intrest. But also end of period daily iam begging the manager give my cash from last 2 months. Why should people join in ur group. Tuni i think tuni branch. Is running in wrong way. Plz. Check. The branch.

                              Hi,

                              My chit was with kapil chits, jagtial branch and the same has been lifted on few months back.
                              The moment when chit was taking, they said with in 30 - 40 day we will pay after lift the chit. But after completion of 40 days, there is no proper response with un professional language. I have respect on organization, but these kind of people spoiling the organization name by using the money for their personal use.
                              The manager doesn't understand what customer is conveying and not at all mature. I don't know, how organization is appointing such kind o[censored]n professional people for that big post.

                              Every time manager was saying kapil chits under loss and we don't have amount, but we are managing some how. They didn't even bothered about customer concerns/urgency after completion of waiting period.

                              Pls be careful and don't get into troubles

                              Kindly help me here to get money asap!!!

                              I completed 50 the instalment in Nov . still I didn't receive my money.

                              I thought there is issue with JAGTIAL branch manager SRINIVAS and RM VENKATESHWARLU, but it seems entire organization having the same issue.

                              I submitted my complaint on FEB 5th, but there is no response from any of the branch and even Kapil chits complaints cell.
                              Kindly let me know, when can i receive the money and complaint solution.

                              Pls let me know, who is the best person to contact.

                              Pls understand customer concerns and they will lift the chit, when ever there is emergency or urgent need. Based on your promise on chit payment, we will commit the same with out side parties to pay.

                              Kindly do the needful help on this.

                                I have lifted chit with kapil chit funds hyderabad pvt ltd chit group no: fmst10h-34 rs 3.00 lakhs on 28 th nov-2017. Verification and surities process is completeed but still the lifted amoun chit amount is not received. They are delaying the amount from the past few months. The staff and others are not responding at siddipet branch kindly advice us in this regard

                                    My chit number is fkrt35j-30 and its maintained at karim nagar branch on[protected] i have bid the chit and i was informed the payment will be made post submitting the documents in 15 days.
