Kapil Chit Funds Complaints & Reviews

This is srinivas reddy and i have 3 chits of rs 5, 00, 000 group fal08j and by numbers are 5, 6 and 39. I have been paying with in a week for last 2 years.

I won the bid for my chit in september'17 and its been 5 month that i did not get my money back. I have been paying the installments within time (Less than a week) for last 2 years and when i need to get my money back i need wait for 5 months? Manager vindo rao does not pick the all (I called him for over 100 times) when i visit the branch office he tells me all un realistic stories.

I now doubt that this is a fraud company which is mis using public money.
Can any one from management look at this complaint and act and restore the company credibility?

Else i will forced to post this in social media platforms.

This is venkataramana k, who join the chit in kapil chits kosta private limited, gopalapatnam branch under group code - ticket number : fgpmt01p-35 for l0 lacs chit. I have won the amount in the month of sep 2017 and till now the prized money has not been paid.

Its 5 months completed now and still not paid the prized amount, all the times its wrong promises and i am very much worried with your fund management. As kapil chits is not able to make payment unless they receive the funds which makes me to understand in what situation is the company and its fund management.

All commitments made so far by manager are false hence need a resolution as soon as possible, failing with i am forced to bring to the attention of appropriate authority per the chit fund act

We have 1 lack 2 lack 5 lack chits in kapil chits we took chit and we submitted all the required documents but they they have not given me the money chit taken after 4 months also very wrost service not maintaining time and answering to customers very rash and volger by kapil chits staff and manager.

I paid amount in24 months.92000 avg. But end of 24 months receiving amount 91000 punishment of join in ur group loss of 24 months intrest. But also end of period daily iam begging the manager give my cash from last 2 months. Why should people join in ur group. Tuni i think tuni branch. Is running in wrong way. Plz. Check. The branch.

My chit was with kapil chits, jagtial branch and the same has been lifted on few months back.
The moment when chit was taking, they said with in 30 - 40 day we will pay after lift the chit. But after completion of 40 days, there is no proper response with un professional language. I have respect on organization, but these kind of people spoiling the organization name by using the money for their personal use.
The manager doesn't understand what customer is conveying and not at all mature. I don't know, how organization is appointing such kind o[censored]n professional people for that big post.

Every time manager was saying kapil chits under loss and we don't have amount, but we are managing some how. They didn't even bothered about customer concerns/urgency after completion of waiting period.

Pls be careful and don't get into troubles

I have lifted chit with kapil chit funds hyderabad pvt ltd chit group no: fmst10h-34 rs 3.00 lakhs on 28 th nov-2017. Verification and surities process is completeed but still the lifted amoun chit amount is not received. They are delaying the amount from the past few months. The staff and others are not responding at siddipet branch kindly advice us in this regard

I am the member of kapil chits (Kakatiya) pvt. Ltd. For an amount of rs.5, 00, 000/-. I have auctioned the chit on 30.11.2017. Till today (2.2.2018) i have not received money from godavarikhani branch situated near jyothinagar police station. The chit group is fgs04j-08 &09. Kindly arrange the payment. Inspite of repeated requests not paying the amount.

My chit number is fkrt35j-30 and its maintained at karim nagar branch on[protected] i have bid the chit and i was informed the payment will be made post submitting the documents in 15 days. I have submitted all the documents on[protected]. Till now i was not made any payment and the branch manager is not lifting my phone calls. I was informed that i will get the amount on[protected] with one month interest as the payment is delayed, no response from branch manager. Please help me i am in need of money.

I have been member in kapil chits, kamareddy (Highway road branch) since 5 years. I have been paying my monthly instalments regularly in time. Past 4 months i have not been paying emi because i found some errors in my account. Hence i have ask them for clearance of amount. They have not been responding till date.
Plz look into the matter. Plz take necessary action

I have been taken the chit value of 5.00 lac chit fvt 30j 50 in oct month after outright purchase. He has not paid the value till now though he has already completed verification on dec 5 2017.

Its already one month 20 days passed so far and he has not given amount promised.

Its worst planning to part with kapil chits.

My chit number FNDT04J-45 completed in Nov 2017. Its been three months, Tiruvur branch manager is not confirming when my payment will get clear. Each time he is giving different answer (Cheque came to zonal office, delay in courier, Enquiry about final payment and many more). By seeing many other complaints in this website, I'm loosing hope day by day. Please suggest what are my other options.

Fklb t 21 j -35. Lb nagar (Alakapuri) branch, hyderabad. Chit auctioned in end november 2017. Payment due in end december 2017. Manager could not give firm date of payment.

They are courteous while talking. But, could not have information or control, on the payments. 4 dates were given so far and they could not adhere to.

I am a senior citizen and in panic, as i have urgent commitments.

We have auctioned the chit on 27th november 2017 in kapil chit funds. We were told by the agent that we will be getting the funds within maximum 30 days. But today the date is 20th jan'17. Almost 55 days completed, still the verification is pending and we have not received the funds, we have continuously following the manger regarding the same issue but he is unable to resolve the issue. Request you to kindly help in this issue.

1. Never ever got a call from kapil chits office on reaching of cheque from your head office to kadapa office. Customer has to enquire about their cheque, then only they will give feedback. Even after a month also the cheque will be with their branch only and they will never inform to the customer

(A) my original lic bond paper was received back by me after 2 months (R) 2 months from the date of submission of my personal application. When i enquired about the original bond paper that time they searched my application and requested me to give another application as my first application was misplaced.

(B) after 15 days of my second application i called up branch management and they said to take my application after3 days. Where as i went after 7 days that time they said it will be received in next week.

(C) again i called up even branch manager, he said that the bond paper will be handedover to you with in 04 days (08 jan to 12 jan 18) and call me on receipt.

(D) at the last when i called up kapil branch on 18 jan 18, that time they were telling me the bond paper received and kept in branch. That too when i called up that time only they gave me this answer.

(E) this total processes was continued for 2 months. (16 nov 2017 to 19 jan 2018).

Hi i have 2chits in kapil chits (Bsto5j-6 & bsto5j-46) which compleated 8 months back, both chit amount still not released, i am calling vaman rao (Md -[protected]of kapil chits & branch manager suresh [protected]& santhosh no one is responding my calls & massages, they had office in rajajinagar, bangalore which they have closed, no one is contactable, this company is cheating lots of peoples like this & making lots of peoples to struggle, pls take action on this fraud company & pls do the needful

Sir on 29-10-17, i lifted 10 lakh chit (4p) at no1 branch vijayawada. Till now mr veeraih (Branch manager) could not give me the money. I have complained to the authorities, so far no action. Another branch manager mr anjeneyulu, at 1town branch. He took money for 8 broken chits and since5 months he can not be traced. He tells all lies. He is a big fraud. Such people bring bad reputation to this company. Please look in to this matters. So far no recipts and no entry in pass books. I will have to seek justice. So please take quick action

I am v paul ratnam, i have started a chit with reference fnzti3j-2 in july 2015 at your vizianagram branch. The chit value is rs.5, 00, 000/-. We have participated in the chit auction on[protected]. We have submitted all the documents asked by the branch in december after 15day of submission, they have intimated that our claim has been rejected by the head office with the reason that salary certificate is not in the prescribed format. Again we have submitted the pay certificate in that format. Even then they are delaying to process our claim. We are in urgent need of money. We have taken money from the money lenders and paying high interest. Kindly look into the matter and arrange the money as soon as possible.

Hello. Iam the customer of 10lkhs chit bearing chit fbttp02p ticket num:28, begumpet branch meridian plaza, ameerpet, hyderabd. As i have lifted my chit on 29th october and i have provided surieties on 6th of november. And the pblm arise for 30per less in surity they said. And that also provided. And the verification been done on 4th dec. Need amount b4 12th. Its almost 70 days till date amount didnt get..

Madhuri, and my chit no: fbgto3j33 and it is represented by the name durga builders and i'm contacting your customer care and also your employees but i've not getting correct information about my chit and they are giving information that contact another numbers or any other branch. So i like to say it is very poor performance of your employees if it continues like this there are no customer give the response as good. Also your site is not good and also there are no perfect contact numbers in your site of related branches and also with the belief on your chits i'm taken the chit but i also know so many chits in hyderabad of my related branch eventhough i preferred your chit fund only so don't loose that much of confidence and belief on you otherwise i can cancel my chit in this kapil chit fund.
