Hi, I am Kiran - part of FPRT04G-46 Kapil's chit group and completed all 50 months duration 2 months back itself. It was part of Kapil chits Parkal. I have followed up multiple times and they made so many promises to pay and all false promises and the did not pay my win amount back. Please let me know how to proceed further -and also please let me know if more details required. I

I'm the subscriber of chit no. Fbrs08f-2, bn reddy nagar branch, hyderabad..

I really feel embarrassed with kipil chits group.

Even i read the previous posts and response it's my bad to write a complaint as i have no other option, apart going to consumer court.

I got promised that 1st month chit will be gifted and begged me to join this chit group..

Though they did false promises i been follow up with manager and complain the same and he was so ignorant.

However, i lifted the chit on 4th month and provided all the required documents.. Manager did promised the gift amount will be paid asap..

It's been now more than 2 months gift amount was not been paid, when i
Contacted manager to find the status he was talking like a stupid and so irresponsible..

I would like to complain about the manager yadagiri reddy and the delayed process of chit group..

I t. V. N. S. Sailaja devi from kakinda working in a women's govt. College. I am one of the subscriber in kapil chits. For the 5lakhs auction was finished in january ending, 2017 but upto now you didn't given our amount and telling some false stories. When we are unable to pay for 2months you raised a penalty for us. So that was the same condition was appilcable to the company. Being a govt. Employee i am so many times i taken the permission and went ot the kapil chit fund office but no one respond properly. The man ager itself postpone the dates by saying that he will give the dd. But no use, making a mental tension and torture. I called them so many times & went to office but no one was responded.

My name p ahmed basha i have a chit fkbt11f-2, 1 lakh chit, i lift chit on 28 feb 2017 complected document process by with in 10 days, after completion i regular following to branch manager and branch people but no use, no response, before i recommend to my family and friends to kapil.. But this to stop i will never recommend this type of bad... Services branchs...

Clients have to pay regularly basis... Month on month... But

Kapil should not... Why..

Resolve my problem asap

Sir, this is the complent on rayachoti branch, kadapa (Dt) andhra pradesh, i took chit on jan 29.2017 and kapil chits are not giving me the money till the day 5. June.2017. I have submited all the documents which are required to submit in the kapil chits on jan 29.2017. All the documents are taken by kapil chits of rayachoty branch from me but they are delaying and delaying the process from 29 jan 2017 to till the date 6 june 2017. Kapil chits of rayachoti again came to me and asked to submit the documents and i again submited all the documents secound time which they required but they are not giving me the money which i took chit on 29 jan 2017.
'please take the action on this issue and the problems that is there in rayachoti branch, kadapa district, ap.

As i am facing lot of issues with the secunderabad branch manager and staff, raised a complaint in this portal (Id: 1589217), assuming that at least i may get a positive response, but i am facing very very bad, poor and worst response from your executives.

After raising the concern, i received a mail and then received a call from your executive around 5:55 pm today and they told that they will work on the issue and try to find out the details and will call back me with in 10 mins, but they didn't turned up till 6.30 pm, i called them on [protected], and they told that they will call back me with in 5 mins again. There is no response till 7 pm, i tried to reach them on same number, there is no response from them and i am getting response as dilled number is switched off or out of coverage area. I tried number of times (Nearly 50 times), same response i am receiving.

This is kind of response i am receiving after registering the complaint on this portal. Very very good executives you have.

More and more number of customers will join kapil chitfunds if we the things are same like this.

Hi team,

I am a subscriber of your chit fund in secunderabad branch in chit group: ftt07h holding ticket no: 4.

Also i am a subscriber another 2 chits in same branch and i am a non prized subscriber still in those two chits.

Ftt07h, chit is completed in may 2017 and i am the last bidder of that group.

Already one month completed there is no proper response from your secunderabad branch manager and also from any of your staff.

Number of times i called to the secunderabad branch manager on his mobile :[protected], but i am not getting proper response from him.

I called to customer care no: [protected], no body is lifting the phon.

Kindly help me in this regard, so that i may receive my chit amount as soon as possible.

I am running book shop and have to purchase the stock in cash and not giving the payment. why I should invest in chits when my payment cannot give in time, sir.

I hold an account in kapil chit fund, Beeramguda having # 6f-28 since 11 months, however I auctioned one of my chits on March 31st 2017. I have submitted all the relavent wittness (3) documents in 1 week itself, but till now I didnot received amount. After repeated calling, chatting, contacting I didnot received yet. This is very rediculous. I havent seen this kind of chit fund yet. Four weeks back I asked to cancel my chit as I didnot required now, the manager told he would find out the procedure for cancellation. Till now I didnot get reply from him and even when I ask him, I tells that he would find out today and let me know..He tells all Bullsheet stories and escapes This really bringing bad name to the reputed organisation. Please take appropriate action on him. Thank you

I have lifted the chit NO FGULO3H-40, on[protected] at Gudivada branch in vijayawada. . I submitted all necessary documents on 20th february. but till now the cheque is not received. I want the status of my documents.. The verification officer Mr. Durga rao behaviour is not correct. Always telling some stories when we make a call to him. The manager and suresh told me that money will give on end of march, 2017. But till now there is no responce.I am not belive their promices.We lost belief on this company. . If you are not able... I am a chit holder with name m.Bharathi in kapil kosta of kavali branch having chit no: "FKVT02P-41".My chit has value of 10lakhs with 50 months period which ended in january, 2017 but till now the maturity amount was not paid. In spite of reminding so many times they disbursed 3, 00, 000 in 25th april. The remaing amount with interest for the delayed period has to be repaid within no time as the grace period is 1 month. Please make sure that the amount will be paid at the earliest. This kind of inconvenience for your customers will damage your goodwill which is not good for you too.

Dear Team i had been coustomerof kapil chits from past three yrs IHad paid all the EMI but kapil chits Executive is telling me that i had not paid one EMI But as per my pass book i had paid all my EMIs i fact i am asking the branch manager for the help but in vain i am requesting them pls give me the accountiable if i need to pay any amount i am willing to pay but the executive is not giving the correct picture about my statement as per my pass book i had paid all the kindly do the needful

Highly regretted for not responding to the complaint made. All vagabonds are engaged in the company for looting the sweat of its subscribers. Not at all reliable and trust worthy.
Every one from top to bottom is committed for their own commissions and not for the service of the customers. Customers are treated as the sponsorers for their luxurious expositions.

Cheat.. Cheat... Cheat and exploit the customers is the motto of the entire company.

i have lifted my one chit after providing required documents and securities they are bluffing me .. from the day beginning i am prompt payer every first or second day of the month i use to pay my chit amount but for my lifted my chit amount since last three months they are giving lot of pain. Every day they use to tell new stories . Some time check authorized person gone to USA once he come it will check will be ready .. i am just not satisfied with this answer .. they wont have any alternative person for this ? it the authorized person wont come back to India then Kapil chit will be going to wind up ? is this so silly answers .. Branch manager wont respond properly he will try to fire back on customers like he are doing some un wanted favor to customers .. I am very much fed-up with this organization.

Iam V.Ravi, JLK 7 f, Anakapalli Branch, Visakhapatnam district.My chit completed (25 months) on Jan, 2017 and i did not auction to last month . But yet give me any cheque or Demnd draft . I am facing so many financial problems.
As continuous calling to Branch Manager he did not lift phon and he did not give any answer.
Pl look into this matter and resolve my issue.

Chit (4P, ticket no-28, M. Shailaja) lifted on 31/12/2016 and foreclosed the future instalments in branch-1 at HINDUPUR. But not received the cheque even after three and half months. The irresponsible manager keeps on postponing the payment. How long do I revolve around the office for my money. All my instalments are 100%regular. The manager himself admits it. But throws the blame on poor collections. My sincere advice to all the people is not to invest amount in this irresponsible company and become victims. The most humiliating chit company. Never trust it for its manipulated statistics published for publicity.

I lifted 2lakhs chit on 31st Jan 2017 for 183000 at kapil chit fund Ghatkesar branch .i have submitted all my proof on 20feb 2017 they promised that with 15days going issue DD but till now[protected] i didn't received any check or DD this is really unfavourable, i am in need of money for marriage..If they i won't arrange i have attempted for sucide to not loses self respect

I have paid all my premium amounts upto date and knocked in February 2017 but the payment is not received till now .this issue was brought to the concerned Branch Mangaer, Kottapet Guntur but there was no response.
I have to receive approximately 5.6 lakhs rupess from Kapil chits and they are keeping on asking me to wait for next month since February -2017.

Dear sir,
I have lifted the chit NO FVLO8G-13, on[protected] at bhavanipuram branch in vijayawada. Due to surety documents delay it is taken 2 months delay. Always telling some stores when we make a call to him. The manager and naik tol d me that money will give on end of march, 2017. But till now there is no respoce.I am not belive their promices.We lost belief on this company. . If you are not able to give the bid amount., return back our money with interest.
Other wise I will take a legal action and go to media.

Dear sir, i am ch. Vijaya from venkatagiri, i had applied a chit and i had made all the payments without any due and completed all the terms and it is machured. So i had participated in the auction which is laid on (27/oct/2016) with following chit no (Fshm03h-16), but the chit comes under the srikalahasthi branch, up to today i have not received the payment and i had visited the branch more than 50 times, but the behaviour of the branch manager is not at all good and he had told that nobody can do any thing u go ant complaint on me any where nobody will do anything, due to his un-diciplinary action we are now suffering allot, and request u to take necessary action and we had a great belief on the kapil chits, and now the branch manager has making this as unworthy of the chits, so please grant my money as soon as possible and i sincearly request to take the necessary action and make him to leave that post of branch manager
