This is to inform you that, I am one of the chit member in your organization and my Chit No is KKB03T32J-16 Name : Srikanth Kandikatla. Last month I have paid 3 months emi’s and your team collected 842/- as a penalty from me. Late penalty collected for 2 months.

My self done fixed deposit of 3 Lakhs in the year Nov-2019 in your organization and maturity date is
3rd Nov 2022. My self submitted original Bond to concern person before 1 week of maturity, and they have transferred my 3lakhs amount on 2nd Jan-2023. Which means almost delayed 60days.

For the amount of 10000/- you were charged of 1920/- . A per your condition I have paid the total charges.

I want penalty charges of my 300000/- as per your charges you have to pay 25260/- to me, When you Will pay the charges please check and do the need full.

My mother has raised a chit & paid of all the amount, the member of your group raised a legal notice saying that 27, 000 is pending but has demanded to pay the amount of 47, 000 (says tax) to his personal number & not to the company number. After the payment of 27, 000 to the company, the whole chit amount has completed now but as we didn’t pay the amount of 47, 000 to his personal number they’re misbehaving with my mother calling & using vulgar language. Look after whom you’re employing, train your mannerless employees how to behave with the customers. Else serious action will be taken up.

My sister in law, K Kanthamma, joined in 10 lakh online chit ( Chit number KMST08P_21) in Sangareddy branch through Kapilchit, Kamala Nagar, Anantapur branch .She deposited rupees 7 Lakhs in your company on the misguidance and advise of Kapilchit Kamala Nagar branch people after lifting the chit .The manager of Anantapur Kapilchit branch promised her depositing in the company is as per the norms of the government .Later she came to know that deposit in Kapilchit is not as per the norms of the government.Hence she did't receive any bond for the deposit.She requests you to issue bond for 7 Lakhs if it is as per government norms else she request you to return her deposit immediately.Exepecting early response from your company else she will approach higher authorities.

Hi, recently I have given surity to one of my acquaintances for her fixed deposit account. Initially she required no surities for opening the account but after certain time she has been asked to submit 3 surities for maintainence of the account and if not money will not be returned, she managed 3 surities(one is mine), the agent is continuously asking for more payslips, identifications, more details into the surity's account which not required...

I deposited an amount of 4, 50000 with Kapil chit funds and they are not returning my amount since 3 years

Please confirm with the branch".

If you want to leave a peaceful life DO NOT JOIN IN KAPIL CHITS
They will call you 100 times i[censored]r payment delay one day.
U should call 1000 times i[censored] lift. Hit, and they will not respond to you.
Better to go for bank RDs or post office schemes.
Its been 5 months they are not giving my money.

I was lifted the 43rd month of chit on Nov/2022 and completed document formalities on your side.
Still, I did not receive funds nobody responded to your official stuff.
I am not any month due and late payment.
So please request to you possible to complete my work

Dear Sir,

I am living in Australia. I have recently 3 months back lifted 10 lakhs chit. chit number is KKH02T25P-49. When I joined chit they said I no need to come India to complete formalities. they said I can sign and send forms from Australia. But after lifting the chit they are asking me to come to sign documents. after few arguments they agreed to give money if i send signed documents. my sister collected documents and sent to me for sign off. I too sent signed documents however now they are saying 25 more signatures are required on some other papers which was not mentioned earlier?. they says the Kapil employee who asked us to get my signature on one of the form doesn't know required all formalities. it appears like they are purposefully trying to drag it. it took one month time to send document from India to Australia and then Australia to India.

I have completed my payment of RS30000/- on 9th November and the kapil clients were aying you didnt do the payment and u created fake payment and wantedly stopping the update of my payment but fine amount increased in my app but my paid amount not updated and the kapil clients are harassing me and torturing me and taking my personal things to the matter and wantedly going to the guarantees and torturing them and one of the client said to me that you should pay the amount only to me so I will go to the branch and give reciept to you I also said give me your branch account number he refused it seems they want incruements and as a lady the were using vulgar language on me

I submit that, in the month of December 2020, an agent of kapil chits branch named Mr.B Rama krishna has contacted me and requested me to subscribe a chit in their company, thereafter I become a subscriber at the Kapil Chits Chamapet Brach, Hyderabad, from December 2020.
My chit group code ticket no: KHC01T03R-40, Chit value is Rs.1, 500, 000/- (Fifteen lakh rupees) with a monthly subscription of Rs.30, 000/-.
I further submit that the manager named Rama Krishna has induced me to participate in chit bidding and told me that I will get good money in the auction and my chit will be approved within 15 working days which will benefit me. Believing his words, I participated in the online bidding auction in the month of March 2022 to May 2022, where I was the bid winner in the auction in the month of May and Rs.9, 90, 000 was the money which I suppose to be paid by the chit fund company. Thereafter the branch manager issued me a form to be filled in by 3 sureties, who are preferably government officers and asked to submit their recent pay slips.
I submit that I has arranged for all the requirements of the said chit fund company, and I have submitted the sureties form by attaching 3 months pay slips of the concerned sureties by august 2022.
I submit that even after one month of my surety form submission to the manager, I did not get any response, then I has visited their office and when questioned them regarding the release of my money, I was shocked to as he replied that I was not eligible for participating in auction as the reason my bid auction and sureties form has been rejected by their head office, reason stating that my payments were irregular.
I submit that, I informed the manager that my payment were paid regularly most of the time and when ever there was delay I paid it with the penalty/late fees, and questioned him that if I was not eligible for the auction then why did he induced me to participate in auction from month of march 2022 until I succeeded in bidding in month of May 2022 on promise that my chit will be approved with in 15 working days and asked that why did he never informed me that I was not eligible and why did he allow me to participate, later why did he asked to submit 3 sureties, for which the manager could not give any explanation and requested me to give allow few days’ time so that he can talk to his seniors and approve my chit money.
I submit that I did not get any response from the manager, and he was also avoiding my phone calls. Then I again visited his office and enquired regarding my chit auction, he replied that it is in process and will take some more time.
I submit that thereafter till today I telephoned the manager, number of time where he kept on avoiding my phone calls, then I again visited his office along with my colleague Mr. Srikanth Yadav and questing him regarding the delay and I was shocked at his response where he said that It is not being approved and it will get approval only if I pay him Rs 1, 00, 000/- or else if I do not pay him the money which he has asked, he said that he will make sure that the chit auction will not get approved and will keep me waiting for long time.
I submit that, I told him that I am not going to pay him any money and asked him to cancel my auction and return the monthly chit instalment payments which was paid my me until May 2020 from January 2021, then he replied that it cannot be cancelled and threatened me that all the monthly installments which I paid till now will not returned and he will impose huge penalty if I would like to exit from the chit group.
Therefore, I submit that I have been cheated by the manager of Kapil chits Champapet branch that, he induced me knowing that I was not eligible for participation in Chit Auction, asked me to participate on false promise that I would get profits and I will be benefitted from it, and I further submit that he stated extorting and harassing me to pay 1, 00, 000/- one lakh and threatening me that if I do not pay the money, he will make me suffer financially and mentally.
I submit that believing the words of the manager in the month of March 2020, I made few financial commitments and with the delay and harassment caused by him, I has to incur huge loss and also suffering through mental agony.
Hence, I request the kind officer to take appropriate legal action against Mr. Rama Krishna, Branch Manager of Kapil Chits, Champapet Branch, according to the law.

I am Sravan Kumar subscriber of Chit No. KKK07S08F-6 has been prized 4 months ago and also the future months installments amount has also been deducted from prized amount. I have been trying to contact for the cheque but there has been no response. Not even informing the reason for delay. The Chit is from Korutla Branch(505326), Jagitial District in Telangana State. I have callled AGM of Kapil also and even dropped him messages, he hasnt even cared to answer. I am deeply disappointed with the service. Kindly, Help me with the payment.
