Hi

I am member of fkt09j chit and it is 5 lac amount chit.
I have lifted the chit in the month of jan and after that, i have provided required docs immediately but, they took 1.5 months to complete the verification. Now, they are continuously telling the cheque will come in two days, one day and next week etc... But, so far no proper response.

All these guys are fraud. They are forcing me to open another chit for giving by amount. This is very very worst service and response from company.

They are taking money from customer and after that, playing with that money but not returning the money to customers on time.

Please take a necessary action against this branch

till now 8 months there is no response from the kapil chit funds already i have escalated about this problem to the concerned branch still there is no response from the concerned please help me to get my amount .

My name is M. Gopal. Resident of 21-119 Syndicate Bank Colony, V V Nagar,
Hyderabad. I had drawn a chit of Rs. 100000 and completed all payments. Now I requested refund of Insurance Deposit as per letter from Company and submitted all papers required for refund of Rs. 7500. So far Company not refunded the amount or credited to my Bank account. After meeting Dilsukhnagar / Chaitanyapuri staff on March 1st 2016 they informed it will be crd to Bank in 3 days. So far no development.
Please act immediately and credit amount to Bank.

madhu sudan reddy. he saying. that is not responsibility. Better you talk with agent . on this matter what should i do.

Sir i paid two months chit amount to ur A Bm T.Srinivasa Rao kapil chits pvt ltd sattenapally branch guntur dist .that amount is not credited in my account also instead of that he gave me one cheque it is returned, we went to office and complained to Bm also he is also not respond.and next chit payments also they did nt take from us.

Dear sir, i have clearly told them this month i need chit to pay my daughters fee. after 18 days they are saying this month we are not giving to you. latterly pathetic experience and senior officials are irresponsible. I have given messages to all senior officials but nobody responding. Their branch officials behaving very rudely.

Nuzvid branch Manager not paid my chit amount (9.5 Laks). From agent to AGM of regional office, all are giving negligible answers. The AGM also says"Who are you?" my request to all not to invest in Kapil Chits.Manager won't lift the call. Agent speaks like as if he is not aware of me. Every says that they don't know their head office number. No one is lifting the number [protected] which is mentioned as corporate office number in their website

Vaman Rao, i bring to notice jayangar branch of bangalore is of no use, please close and settle money what is collected from us. u either have genuie manger to attend call and if we go and visit not able to see manager . whever called messages busy with personal work. call u back. please u come down and make necessary arrangement or shut down and clear investers dont avoid. rgds

I am a kapil chits member i went for auction of 1lakh chit after paing 11 months successfully at a loss for rs 40000 but after 4 months they paid only 40000 into my bank account instead of 60000 and so i discontinued paying after 35 months asking them to settle but the matter went to arbitrator that was a big mischiefe, they will not intimate in time and willnot give us the awrd copy. Again i went for 2.5lakh chit auction after 10months...

I, G.Venkateswara reddy bearing chit no FHT02P-43 in eluru br. I got bid in the month sept. 2015. I submitted my sureties and verification completed. Till today my bid amount not give, it is almost 4th month. No one is responding neither br manager nor zonal manage . I f call them they r giving silly r mosy irresponsible answers. This caused loss of twenty lakhs .will ur company hold the reponsibility of my loss.

Sir, I am a subscriber of Kapil Chits for 10 years. I have 2 Chits valued 1.5 Lakhs & 5 Lakhs and 1 chit of 5 Lakh in my wife's name. I have become a prized subscriber of 1.5 Lakhs chit and prized Rs.92, 700/- with deduction of 57, 300/- on 27.06.2015. I have submitted all required documents of my self and my sureties. But the chit amount has not been paid to me even after a lapse of 3months. I decided to discontinue to be subscriber for remaining chits. Please show the solution.

Hi, I am Swathi Desaboyina and I have 5 Lakh chit in Kapil chit funds, Tenali. Chit number is ftes01j-6. I have bidden for chit for 4.50L on May 28th, 2015. Chit will be closed on December 2015. Because I have claimed it earlier they have asked for suriety and I have provided all the documents on June. Two government employees have given suriety for the rest of amount. I pay the chit regularly and they are troubling me since 4 months for releasing the amount I have claimed for. I have talked with Manager as well yet the response is nill. Please do work on this issue and resolve asap.

We received call from Kapil chits srinivas [protected] secunderabad office who claims will send demand notice to our Surety holders. i paid 46months chit amount and for next 4months chit amount also ready to pay. The problem is i was asked to pay cheque bounce charges which was levied in my chit record wherein i cleared the amount before cheque date issued at their branch office. Hence i have asked them not to charge me but still i was charged and asked to pay. Why should a customer pay for the companys mistake. I want the total 4000 or 5000 which was charged for cheque bounce or for the collection mistake to be waived off and then contact me for the amount which to be paid for the Kapil chits. Dear Sir My chit no.FMGT16G1-20. Current month is 13th is over. when the 3rd month I lifted the chit in draw the sealing amount Rs 1.00.000. They ask 3no's surities. But in the suriti form not mentioned the type of surities. But they writtenly wrote some type conditions for surities. That conditions may not fill by me because that type of conditions your people is given. Finally after 3months before action i have submitted the surities but the branch not accepted. So Iam waited to the chit for open action. Today i attend the open action they put the Rs.70.000 amount offer price. That person was not came to action. The company started action from Rs.70.000. The chit action goes Rs.1.00.000 and it put in draw. So i not able to lift the chit. Iam eagarly waited from the chit open action. But your company not transfereney in coustomer service. Sir I'm a chit holder of kapil chits fund. I have to penalty system. For example as per company rules payment of chit fund should clear up to 25th of each moth otherwise they add the penalty . we have no problem with penalty but when we take the chit company giving amount after 30days . so my complaint is that kapil chit fund company should pay the penalty to customer if they delay payment. I have taken chit on auction rs 412000/- still amount not clear by company. My request is company dhould give the penalty to me. Pl clear my doubt
