Kapil Chit Funds — chit amount not received since 2 months

I am Dusa Raghupathi, Mandal Educational Officer Siricilla (MEO) residence of Siricilla District Rajanna Siricilla member of Kapil (kakathiya )Pvt Ltd Siricilla branch-I Chit No.FSRT 21J-42.The Manager named Thirupathi suffering me to sanction the Bid payment amount of Rs.4, 73, 500=00 .The bid auction held in December-2019 when the bid in auction the month was 47 out of 50 months .Iam also paid the remaining 3 months amount i.e 30, 000/- in advance to close the chit and make payment earlier but the manager named Thirupathi harassing and very irresponsible towards me to pay the amount since 2 months .He gave me the assurance that he will give the bid payment within 15 days from bid auction so that I completed my sureties within 1 day, but still I can't receive the amount and he was very careless in sanctioning amount. when i call to him he was not answering me.when i went to office he saying that there is no balance in Kapil branch .so please arrange the chit amount and take necessary action on the branch manager.
