[Resolved]  Kapil Chit Funds — Chit fund fraud by Vinay Kumar G JP Nagar Branch Manager

On 11 December 2025, I paid an amount of ₹40, 500 (Rupees Forty Thousand Five Hundred only) to Mr. Vinay Kumar for opening a ₹3, 00, 000 chit in my name. I was assured that the chit account would be registered immediately and all formalities would be completed.

However, till date, the chit account has not been registered, nor have I received any official documentation or confirmation regarding the same. Despite repeated follow-ups, the amount paid by me has not been refunded.

Furthermore, when I attempt to contact Mr. Vinay Kumar regarding this issue, he is denying my calls, not responding to my messages, and completely avoiding communication. This behavior is highly unprofessional and has caused me significant mental stress and financial inconvenience.

I request immediate action on this matter and demand immediate refund of ₹40, 500 paid by me.
