[Resolved]  Kapil Chit Funds — chit funds

I have lifted the chit no. FVWT04H-43 of kapil chits (Kosta) pvt. Ltd., Vijayawada of Rs.3.00 lakhs on 21st Feb, 2019 by participating in the last month (50)th auction i have to get (Deducting further balance instalments if any) after completion of formalities. Required conditions like (FL Close) immediately within one month. However i have not received the above chit amount till date i. E. End of Jun, 2019 though four months have passed. Hence, i have no option except to approach consumer forum for justice and to get my above amount with interest and expenses if any till the date of release of above amount in attending and pursuing the case further.
chit amount not yet received even after repeated requests and follow up with higher officials of kapil chits also.
