Kapil Chit Funds — non payment of chit above 45 days

Iam k. Gangadhar my chit no. Fbht17j-6 in kapil chits private limited bhainsa branch nirmal -504103. This chit lifted on 27.06.2018 but till date not received check and payment the process is already completed on 20.08.2018 with all required documents and sureties. And the manager promised the check commencement date is 03.10.2018, but too let and un responsive that staff so please solve my problem and arrange my check immediately.
