Kapil Chit Funds — not returning money even 6 months after chit completion

We have paid a chit for 5 lacs rupees in madikonda branch. It's has been 6 months that chit has completed. Even though they didn't pay our money back. They are blackmailing us that if we join the chit then only they will give the money. It has been 6 months we are going to office twice in a week. Is this the way kapil treats it's customers?
Please help me.

Its taking more time to claims everything.. Except receiving. Chits and E. M. I and invoice only they will do on fast track rest of the duties... Like a tortoise... And they pressureble renewals In insurance... Worst working of every incharge they complete enjoying with mobile phones in working hours
