Remainder 1 : im smt t uma as a agent code 0248 of kapil kothagudem 2. There is an issue of fasttrack payment which is paid very instantly. When compared to normal payment. The customers are suffering from this issue of money which isnt giving money time to time. Customers arent happy regarding normal mode of payment on time to time. What should i do as an agent? I have lifted my chit of 3 lakhs in mvp colony branch, and I submitted all the required documents but still no response or I could say a very bad response from the chit fund... They don't even provide necessary information about the zonal office address too. I am very disgusted with the response
