I had visited Kapil Salon on 28th to redeem my complimentary services.
I had last 2 services pending
Wherein the manager gave me 30dec to redeem all services and I readily agreed.
As one day one service can only be redeemed
So when I visited on 28th for face massage
Firstly they told me no more services are pending
And the lady at the reception behaved very rudely saying We had discussions that no more services to be given to me
Firstly they are no one to decide about my services
Secondly when she pinged manager, the manager said u have to take both the services today itself
1 facemassage
2 Blow Dry
To which my plans got spoiled
And blow dry was done only for name sake as well when I entered room for face massage the SIMRAN who attended me just put the cream on my face and wiped it saying MASSAGE DONE to which I got irritated and asked if how much minutes u give the massage she said 10 mins...
And it took hardly 2 mins for them to give me this dirty massage...
THE PERSON PRESENT THERE TOLD ME TO GO AGAIN FOR MASSAGE
I REMEMBER THE TIMINGS COS MY CELL HAS ALARM OF 7PM AND IT RANG IN THE ROOM...
I NEVER FACED SUCH BAD EXPERIENCES WITH KAPIL AND IN FUTURE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THE NAME TO ANYONE
ITS NOT ABOUT MONEY ITS ALL ABOUT BEHAVIOR
KINDLY IF POSSIBLE LOOK INTO THE BEHAVIOR OF THE STAFF
I CANNOT FORGET THE WORDS OF LADY AT THE RECEPTION SAYING PHIR AA GAYE TO STORE MANAGER ON CALL.,
WHAT DOES IT MEAN PHIR AA GAYE?
