Complaint about behavior of Staff at Viviana mall
Hi...
I had visited Kapil Salon on 28th to redeem my complimentary services.
I had last 2 services pending
Wherein the manager gave me 30dec to redeem all services and I readily agreed.
As one day one service can only be redeemed
So when I visited on 28th for face massage
Firstly they told me no more services are pending
And the lady at the reception behaved very rudely saying We had discussions that no more services to be given to me
Firstly they are no one to decide about my services
Secondly when she pinged manager, the manager said u have to take both the services today itself
1 facemassage
2 Blow Dry
To which my plans got spoiled
And blow dry was done only for name sake as well when I entered room for face massage the SIMRAN who attended me just put the cream on my face and wiped it saying MASSAGE DONE to which I got irritated and asked if how much minutes u give the massage she said 10 mins...
And it took hardly 2 mins for them to give me this dirty massage...

I REMEMBER THE TIMINGS COS MY CELL HAS ALARM OF 7PM AND IT RANG IN THE ROOM...

Global hair colour and hilights
Today I have taken a service for haircut, global colour and highlights with olaplex treatment as well as membership at Kapils - Kandivali East, Thakur complex branch. I am a regular customer and this is the first time that I am unhappy with the service.
I had asked for grey blending as I want to stop colouring in the future. After discussion with the colourist, it was suggested to go for highlights as well as global hair colour. I trusted that the team knew what they were doing and I accepted this very expensive procedure costing Rs. 9469 after membership discount. Infact, I had taken the appointment over the phone one day before after informing them that I wanted to do grey blending.
The colourist proceeded with highlights first followed by global colour. The end result was that all my hair has the same tone of global colour and no highlights whatsoever. The entire procedure was completed in 6 hours between 1 pm to 7 pm. It was a waste of my time and I have put my hair through unnecessary chemicals without the expected result. I was in a hurry for a family get together so I did not really give a feedback then in front of other customers. You may check the facts with the team. Attached are the front and back pictures of my hair and the payment details. I demand a full refund for this process plus compensation for waste of my time and putting my hair through unnecessary chemicals and colour.

Issue regarding haircut

Hi, today i have visited kapil's salon at virar branch opposite to new viva College, they refused to do my haircut stating they have spotted 2-3 lice in my hair and as per their company protocol they cannot do the haircut in this case. I just need a clarification do they really have this protocol or it was just an excuse as i have done the hair cut before at the same place more than 2-3 times.

Pathetic Service

Date of incident: 14/11/2021
They assigned a guy named Sarfaraz for my Hair cut and Beard grooming,
that guy was in so hurry that he finished all in 20-25 minutes and left to attend other customer without informing me that my Hair cut and Beard grooming is done.
When I reached home I noticed there were few hairs which were as it is so I had to fix them in my nearby Salon.
Also, there were some hairs left on my shirt which he did not clean.
The Amount they charged me was 1121 RS for this service which is not at all justified.
Desirable Resolution: Refund of 1121 RS for this pathetic service.
NOTE: I have not received the invoice so I am attaching GPAY transaction receipt as proof.

Bad experience with haircut

The hair stylist who attended me told me that she was a stylist but to me she seemed like a trainee . All she did was trim my hair from bottom and that's all. I told her other options but she resisted them and forcefully convinced me to go with her opinion. I think that was the only thing she knew. For this hair cut which was nothing but trimming they charged me 944.
I had gone their after reading positive reviews for Nilesh & Vijay but they were not around.
On top of that whenever somebody came for inquiring she was the one who attended them inbetween the service even though there were 7 to 10 people present in the salon.
Terribly dissaapointed with experience. I had gone there after reading the review but now I'm regretting my decision.

Fews days back I'd done Loreal permanent smoothening from Kapil's academy Hindustan naka Kandivali west mumbai 400067 - the service was done by Nivedita Puthran the professional trainer : The application was not done properly and we see no result the hair is even more worse due to wrong application i had spend 3000/- for the service and i want my money back as I completely am dissatisfied and see no result i request to look into this and revert me back ASAP on [protected] will not resolved i will be prompt to take some serious action on this.

severe hair loss and damage

Pathetic customer service.
Anagha has severly damaged my hair. I am experiencing severe hairloss and damage..
I need solution on this else i am going to sue you guys.
Update 29/12/2019 - i went for a hair wash at different salon today and the person who was blow drying my hair has shown me part of my hair that was poorly damaged. This was also done by anagha at the time of rebonding and she kept the cream in my hair for longer time because of which further damage happened and portion of hair in that part has completely come off. Now after 4 months of treatment, i see small hair growth in the area and it looks really very bad. This was also not told to me. They are big liars. Please look for someone else.

Result was good and so i went in for straightening the second time in 2013 but the same person left the salon and this time it was done by their trainee hair stylist anagha. She messed with my hair and straightening was not done right, i could see visible waves in my hair and when i mentioned about the issue immediately after a week she went ahead and did the entire process again.in 2017, my hair straightening was done by rajesh and he was really good. So, when i walked in this time on 28th aug 2019, i asked for rajesh but even he left the salon and the only person who was available was once again anagha but this time she introduced herself as senior stylist (Totally fake). She convinced me to get the rebonding done with additional cost for steam pod ironing and olaplex and my husband agreed to it since we wanted best results. She even mentioned that i remember you were not satisfied with the results back in 2013 and we had to redo the entire process. I had no option but to get it done from anagha again. Within a week, when i went for a hairwash, i told her that i see a wave at the backside but she so conveniently explained it to me that wave should disappear when you wash your hair and i was totally fooled. It was my bad that i didnt complaint right away and now within 2 months my hair is all frizzy and waves have become more intense. Recently i contacted salon again and their manager poulomi checked my hair and she told me that there is nothing she could do about this since its alrrady been 2 months now. I told her to ask anagha if i mentioned about the waves the very next week post treatment. She clicked some pictures and told that she will get back to me on this but it has been a week now and i still did not receive any response from her. They take no responsibility of what happened and just give fake promises before you pay. Their prime agenda is to fool people with fake offers and products which are not worth the money. Anagha didn't even come into the picture when i was discussing this issue. She is not at all experienced and this is the second time she messed up with my hair. My hair is all frizzy and wavy at the crown area and also at the back. I spent over 20k for this treatment and definitely not worth the money.
I hope whosoever reads this review take these points into consideration as each and every word written here is true. Think twice before visiting kapils salon. They don't have any experienced staff left with them.

kapil's salon hair cut

Please don't go with the ratings. Very disappointed.. I told the guy very clearly how i want it to be and he did exact opposite of that. The guy was not ready to give hair wash before hair cut, although i had already paid the hair wash... You charge 599 for a hair cut and employ some dumb and rude people...in addition to that they don't do the job correctly. I would never recommend anybody to your center.
Hairs are cut unevenly. Worst haircut in my life. Local barbers can do better haircut than these. Never recommend to anyone.
Pathetic service, will never go to there salon again. That receptionist lady not able to handle properly, she made me wait for 1 hour for such bad haircut, although all the stylist were free

service charges taken from me.
I booked for the service in advance. On the day of my appointment, i was informed that they couldn’t provide the selected service and told me to choose another one. The service i chose was cheaper that the before one. But they fooled me and they charged me the former service price which was expensive and i was made to pay almost ₹500 more without me realising at that time.

false info to menus buy membership
I was sold a membership which entitled me to have certain free services, and some other services for discounted rates at Kapil's salon Vasai branch.
At my first instance, I did a global hair color and they charged me a hefty service charge which I wasn't told about earlier. Also, they wasted more than half an hour to get my billing done.
On my second instance, I booked an appointment at Viviana mall branch for a haircut. They said the haircut in nominal charges is only for men and not for women. Women have to pay price as per rate card. This isn't mentioned on our card either. They said this is a mistake from Vasai branch members. But how is that our problem. Again we were let down by this brand.
I would want to be refunded of this membership which they have sold to us by giving wrong information.

I was been to kapil's Bangalore branch from the past 3 years,
Recent changes made by them have relocated the store location which is very good, good place,
However support and crew eveyone has been changed, previously person named raman was very good and polite, there are no old stylist, and everyone are new they charge you for everything, the new manager named Trupti rani, don't trust her or go with her words, she was forecedull making us to take unwanted service and was promised one amount before service and after the using the service bill would be more than what was told, then if we asl that she was very rude and unpolite, being to kapil's for 3 years, that one day with the new manager made it felt like not going back to kapils again.
And very important note
I'm holding the membership from 3 years, this new membership i had nothing availed, when i asked to avail those treatment on a week day where salon is empty, tripti and her support staff replied back there is no time and no stylist to that now, here changes the game and when we used some expensive services which was not on the membership the stylist took more than 2 hours on that for a normal service,
When billing it was huge amount close to 16k and none was availed on membership card, when asked them why, Trupti replied back that membership card is waste, like seriously is that a reply from manager.
She also told that membership card is of no use, then why do you have a membership card worth of 897 for a year, I had to pay 16k inspite having a membership, and she was always on her personal phone when ever I saw her and playing around with the support staff, no professionalism, way to unprofessional,
I would seriously not recommend kapil's going further, if you go to salon for plan of 2k and your bill would be 20k just because of manager becoming a marketing lead just to earn money when asked for a discount or membership service, she on the face refused it, very rude.
I would like have a serious action on this support staff and especially Trupti rani for being very unprofessional. She very rudely told at the end to go and write about me anywhere.
And after left a Google feedback she called me immediately and asked why that kind of feedback was provided when you can't afford.
Very rude.

I would seriously not recommend kapil's going further, if you go to salon for plan of 2k and your bill would be 20k just because of manager becoming a marketing lead just to earn money when asked for a discount or membership service, she on the face refused it, very rude.
I would like have a serious action on this support staff and especially Trupti rani for being very unprofessional. She very rudely told at the end to go and write about me anywhere.
And after left a Google feedback she called me immediately and asked why that kind of feedback was provided when you can't afford.
Very rude.

I booked an appointment for 2pm at 12.47pm at viviana mall branch. It was for my father's haircut. The call attendant confirmed it and once he reached there, they said it doesn't show in their system. Being co-operative he agreed to wait meanwhile did a clean up as they said the hairstylist would be free by then, but even at 3.30 they told him to wait until services of two more people is done. This is really very irresponsible of them for such a poor management.

Hi i have done smootheni g from kapil salon bhayander however after taking care of 3 days it is still wavy after wash it still wavy my frnds are saying from which cheap salon have i done this if this is result after a week or so then i dont think it will stay for long time and i think i have wasted my miney6 by doing it in kapil i thought as they seems to be professional they will do it in a better way however it seems to be fake promises from them that this will stay as permanent i have done a worst hair cut like this i started hating ny hair after this they say bend is beacause of rubber band who will tell me not to use rubber band ever and they say this bend is not permanent after washing ur hair it will but it still the same after hair wash they telling me to do it again where they can see bend on my hair but i dont want risk hair because i dont think they professional in this i nedd ny money back which i spent i have spent 5200 for actually np result or u can say bad result

I have done hair smoothening like a week ago and now my hair is little wavy when i tie my hair with rubber band after removing band that area of hair is wavy my hair is not at all shiny or smooth it is totally a waste of money i have paid 5200 and bought products worth 2500 from them apart from that my baby hairs are still wavy they say it cannot be done on baby hair. My lenth is getting turn around lilttle it doesnt seem to be straight i need my money back or my hair to look smooth shiny and mangable

I paid 6500 for a smoothening treatment done at vashi branch of your brand. Whereas i could have easily taken some local parlours at around 2-3k and got a perfectly better view of my hair than my current state post treatment at your branch. There is a reason why people look forward to brands because of the image and trust factor they hold. I[censored] cant guarantee a good service please don't keep the services in first place.. Make sure the customer is well aware about the actual treatment and not just bluff around about do this do that treatment. Which ultimately don't even last for a day. A crappy treatment. My hair is all frizzy from behind post one wash.. No value for money. My hair is just shorter now than my previous state without any type of smoothening treatment being done.. I need my valued money back. I do not trust that now you could make it any better. I do not want to do any more treatments to make it any better. Give me my hard earned money.. Coz i don't think it is hard earned for you. Just a gimmicky way of trying to fool around people and with their beliefs. Also the additional hair cut that he said was included was just trimming of hair. Not a proper hair cut. Stop fooling people please. Just say what you do and what you don't. Shame on such a big brand.

I have been a member of kapils salon for 6 years now and never had any issues until the factory lane (Borivali west) branch got shifted to shimpoli in borivali west. Since then every other visit would have some misses but i chose to ignore considering they were rather petty issues. But the recent experience with this branch was totally unacceptable. Being a regular member, hair colour is one of the service i have selected often in these 6 years and never faced any issue. But this time the colour started fading in just 7 days. I am using shampoo suggested by their experts. Last saturday i visited them to complaint about this but was taken aback by their behavior. It was just about 15 days and by then all my greys were visible. When i put across the situation the owner said she can't help as itsoon been 15 days and it is the new growth.. I went wandering and explained that 15 days cannot grow from roots till below shoulder and just above midwaist... I asked her to check my hair history as i do not have a great hair growth also i have never made any complaints to any services from past 6 years.. But the owner was not accepting their miss and wanted me to pay for root touch up... I had just paid almost 7000 bucks to get this color and she wants me to pay another 3000 to 4000 for touch up.. It is really disappointing and regretful to have been a loyal customer to kapils for so long now. You guys have no value for your longtime members and definitely poor customer service i have ever witnessed.. I have recommended you guys especially the borivali branch to my relatives and friends.. I will spread my experience to all of them and ensure they do not visit or renew your membership henceforth.. You guys.. The shimpoli satra park team is definitely not worth the loyal customers.. I hope this reaches to the headquarters of kapils salon and academy and they can take relevant action on this owner. Dear kapils salon, i am definitely moving out of your membership and with bad mouth ofcourse. You have lost a brand loyal customer which might not impact you but if this continues then you will no longer be anyone's favourite salon... With lot of disappointment... Your ex customer..

Hello... i did haircut and highlights in Mulund R mall store... and now its 1 month gone but the hair split ends are improving day by day... in the starting days i thought itsok bt now its like only split ends ... i have done highlights many times but haven't suffer this issue now please suggest what i can i do ????

The kapils saloon which is in xberia mall dombivali is a salon which is run by unethical people, the treatment they charge around 4500 rupees and it's a total waste as the white hair will show up in 15 days, i had got my wife's hair treatment got done over there, as they had suggested that the hair color will last for more than 4 months and then every month touch up will be required, but after 15 days hair color was white again. It really worst place to go. My name is shailesh sharma.

degraded services for membership

I am rupal dhamesha. My husband took membership of kapil's.. Its was written that it will have 4 hair wash. One face massage and one foot massage free with 3000 rupees membership.
Now last week when i went to avail this services its all rubbish. Just 10 minutes face massage and 10 minutes foot massage. They think we are fool as we have paid them in advance and so this kind of services.
Face massage is not a massage but just little hand movement. Instead if i go to local parlor they do better massage.
Foot massage is what just putting foot in tub for 8 minutes and then applying cream for 30seconds. And then done.
Hair wash also if you go for hair wash and pay then its different service and if you are member and going for services then its degraded one.
Friends beware and don't take any membership. They taking all your money in advance and giving you noting.

On 15th august, 2017, i have visited kapil's salon in rmall, mulund for feet massage, the lady who did the massage just massaged it for 5 mins... While asking for membership they charge you rs.750 and offer 8 services and then they offer you a service just for 5 mins... Do we pay the money for a service/massage for 5 mins... Highly disappointed with the service...

Worst customer service. They ll take appointment but then they ll call in the last minute and provide some dumb reason for cancelling it. I booked for the first time for hair cut. When i almost reached salon..One of the persons called me up and said their some water problem in their salon and they can't provide a hair wash..I told them that I'm on my way and would reach the salon within 10 mins. i clearly asked them while booking will it be ok if I come without washing my hair.. when I reached their he said sorry madam i l not be able to provide me a hairwash and they are ready to cut my hair without hair wash.. when i said I'm ready to wait they said we cant assure you the timing.. is this the way of treating a customer.. highly disappointed..pathetic.. no value for people.. I travelled almost 15 km for this beautiful service.. such a worst experience

Today i went to kapil salons just for an hair cut... But that guy moinuddin forced me to do color on my hair and at the tym of service he was getting to personal.. Prior only i inform him that my budget is low.. So he given me false commitment that u have to pay 10percent tax and u will also get 20% disc for midwaist hair... He cut my mid waist hair to below shoulder and ask me to pay midwaist hair amt.. He also told me that the color will change my look but after color there is no difference at all he coloured my brown hair into black and the highlight was not upto mark... He commited to pay 3520 +10% taxes but i pay 4080 which is not worth at all...
I am really disapponted with the serviced rendered by kapils salon in xperia mall palava city lodha dombivli
I really suggest not to go to kapils salon for any hair treatment or color its totally of fake promises and not worth for money which we pay

I am a member of kapils malad salon and i got my hair color done here. It was global with red streaks. My experience with the service provided and handled by the stylist was very good but the color products which was used seems to be of a cheaper quality with each and every wash the color is bleeding till date and its less then 25 days. Even after using the color products and doing the color lock treatment the color is fading n bleeding. Its not worth paying 8.6k for such unprofessional work in a professional salon who uses such cheaper products. This could be done in ordinary salon as well but i trusted professional salon which turned to be unprofessional using cheap products. Fake promises made.! Not worth it.!

I have done hair smoothening from Kapil's Salon, Shimpoli, Borivali (W) on 29th January 2017... Its been only 50 days and i am observing that i am getting curls in my hairs... this was such an unexpected result...it was shocking because i have not done the smoothening from any local parlour... i have done it from a well reputed salon and still it did not worth...
Today i have been to the same salon to show them my hairs and to get any satisfactory result, but the respond which i have received from your salon members was shocking and disappointing. Mr Rehan Mansoor and Mr Rajesh Vaidya these two were the guys who have attended me... they were asking me to come again tomorrow. Does this worth ? It was seriously very shocking and unsatisfied reply which i have heared. Why thr hell i will come again ?
I have been there today whatever your solution was, should be given to me by today itself... why will i suffer and travel again? I am writing this because i am hurt and shocked that this well reputed salon is giving me this kind of answer...!!!
I have taken the membership as well... i want somebody to listen to me and take necessory action on this concern...

On sunday I went for enquiry and they check my hair and told me price 5100 (with 15 % TAX) for my smoothening with 50% discount on 26th Jan 2017. i went there for treatment and another consultant came and checked my hair and told me it would take 5700 ( with tax and your hair is this and that and it would take power dose else it will be feezy) scaring the customer that result wont be good if i didn't do what they are asking me to. however i agreed as they were forcing and scaring me. Also they were forcefully asking me to take membership as it was compulsory. Then they started my treatment and after treatment they said the bill is of 6100 which before treatment was 5700. ( u can check how they increased money within hours starting from 5100 to 6100. I argued but they gave excuses that we made some calculation mistake. I payed them this money but i was very disappointed as they bluffed me

Bad service and rude behaviour

My wife has some vouchers paid and unpaid out of which we use the paid one and one hair wash free voucher was remaining which she planned to use on 15th jan 2016 so she went their by taking prior appoibntment after which also she had to wait for around 45 min then the theriapist turned up saying i cant attend u so one other guy came and up he was as if not in mood of providing the service so he did the hair wash as if he was doing a favour on my wife his behaviour was very rude with my wife at the end he did a very disgusting thing he left my wife with the wet hairs for and went to attend a other guest and didnt turned up for around 15 min then as the hairs were wet so my wife started catching cold so she herself took the towel and dried the hair and then she went to the counter and complaint reg the thing happened but the counter guys were least bothered ad gave a very casual answer so my wife got very angry and so she left from there.
Now ince she has came yest from kapils saloon she is being suffering from heavy cold .
So ineed a serious and proper apology from the kapils staff and management .

I have been visiting Kapils Saloon at Hypercity mall at Kasarvadvali for more then 2 years and have taken their membership card but always found manager very rude and when it was brought to his notice he had the audacity of saying we dont want you to come here. I think this is incompetency of management and good i got better place with good behavoour and service.

Hi vibha here... I had done a basic hair wash n hair cut from kapils salon in palava on 30 nov... And i even asked bout some offer he denied about any they denied it and charged me 625rs... But offer was is still goin on on normal hair cut n wash. Today on 2nd dec my other relative went in same shop she got her hair cut done on offer in just 250rs.
People in salon should never misguide customers.
