On 02-Jul-2021, i visited the store in budhanagar boduppal at 10.35 AM and have purchased on choclate pastry, one pineapple pastry and two packets of murmura. After i got home, we started to eat them but unfortunately the murmura were soft. When i called the branch, they replied that none of the customers faced similar issue, we have sold them yesterday also. Then i told that this is not about other but about me and i insisted i wanted to escalate this and get a refund. Although Mr. Nilesh was resistant, i went back to store and there when i asked about escalation process straight away he refused. This is not how customers should be handled for such a reputed company. So arrogant behavious of Mr. Nilesh, i am not sure if it is his right name or not, but that is what he told me. This is the time where all the businesses should focus on customer satisfaction especially when the product quality is not upto the mark. Unfortunately, i have given the bill back to the store and also gave 70rs for them to celebrate for their attitude. Although i dont think that is a problem because, there were no customers when i visited the store and all the bills are stored with in the system. So if you really want to please your customers, take an optimistic step ahead and proceed with the investigation process. &0rs is of course nothing for anyone, but what i want is that this Mr. Nilesh should be trained not to behave like that for future instances as you are placing a huge responsibility of representing your "Karachi bakery"s reputation through him in Boduppal.
