I bought two boxes, the biscuits in the first box were good but one biscuit had hair in it, the biscuits in the second box were not fresh at all, they were very old and very bad in taste, it seemed that the biscuits were broken and of poor quality. That expired biscuits have been given in new packaging. I bought that biscuits from d mart which is near to me
( D Mart mhow shopping mall, mhow bypass road, near umariya (near indore)...

I purchased eatables worth around Rs.2000/-Staff at the counters even after explaining the difficulty, fought for giving a carry bag in front of all public. This not only created embarasement for me but also damages your brand.

This category of Karachi Bakery - Pista Biscuits tastes horrible. Too much of nutmeg powder. Pista is not even there in the ingredients. This is quite misleading if someone like loves pista and buys just thinking of that. The cost is 200 + in INR and it is a total waste....

Very annoying staff, I had to travel overseas I purchased bulk goods from Karachi bakery at new malakpet, hyderabad, manager was very rude and misbehaving and I left the store, very disappointing behaviour.

I am flying from Hyderabad, I went to Karachi store and ask sales manager to give me biscuit with Green dot only that means Veg . But they sales me red dot biscuit and without concerning me they billed and I told them I am not paying they asked that u have purchase biscuit in any cost . I ask okay I will please change red dot biscuit with green dot biscuit any type no problem . In last they refuse I paid an amount for that I don’t want to have it . Please support in getting issue close I want action to be taken .

I have purchased some biscuits in Karachi bakery, samshabad branch, telangana.I have paid extra amount more than the actual amount due to exchange of the items at the same time at that moment .they haven't provided the Bill, and Manager is arrogantly forcing us to take other items for the difference amount and denying to give the balance amount for us.kindly take appropriate action on them.

I bought Osmania Biscuits and the container says it has 7 servings and 4 pieces per serving. So it should have 28 pieces in total. The number of pieces in the box is just 20. This is happening for second time. Please make sure this does not happen next time.

Have order vanila ice cream from karachi today it was spoiled ice cream which we got and gave complain to zomato and the karachi bakery no body responded properly. I want to sue this people who are selling spoiled food which may cause food infection for the ones who have that. On 24.09.2022, 7pm, I bought two boxes of Double Ka Mithas: Halwa and Mysore Pak, and other items from Karachi Bakery's Airport Stall (I believe this one was near Gate no. 106) at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad. On the flight, I made sure to handle the bag containing the boxes with utmost care and did not put anything on it. But after reaching my destination and opening one of the packets containing Halwa and Mysore Pak, I found the small tray inside the box which contained the Mysore Pak to be damaged and the cellophane paper covering it torn. It seemed as though someone had taken a bite from the piece of sweet and placed it back in the tray. The experience was disconcerting and I feel apprehensive about buying Karachi Bakery products in the future as I expected stricter quality control measures from such a reputed brand.

I think this kind of mishap can be avoided if the company uses proprietary sealing tape instead of common cello-tapes for sealing their boxes as customers will be able to ensure that the box has not been tampered with prior to their purchase. I expect this concern of mine will help to enforce stricter quality control for the products and the company we all enjoy and love.

P.S. I have attached the photo of the damaged tray, but am unable to attach the photo of the invoice for some reason. It is showing an error saying that the file size is too large while it is only 3 MB.

I bought your biscuits from Dmart, Vijayanagar, Andheri east, Mumbai on 30/07/2022. When I opened the box most of the biscuits are in broken pieces. This is my 2nd time experience. We are paying for it and company is cheating with customers by delivering bad product. I'd drop a mail regarding this but not received any response at your end. Required your prompt action in this regard. Else I will file a complaint against you to customers protection cell .

My online order from Karachi Bakery tracking is showing delivered but not recieved.
checked from CCTV footage and neighbours, no delivery partner has entered in the apartment (delivery Address) for delivery as mentioned in track history online.

I bought a cake for my birthday on 4th april 2022, And the cake has many fruits as decoration and when i went home and had a closer look i found fungus dust etc accumilated on fruits.

The product was soggy. It had black spots of fungus on it.

I have recently bought a pizza base from Karachi bakery kompally that has been manufactured on 21.05.2022 and it said the product should be consumed before three days of manufacturing but the product has fungi and mold and was in a very bad condition way before the expiry date.Its not about the money but about the quality of the products being produced, I sincerely hope they'll look after this and do a better job at whatever they're doing.
