Dear Sir/Madam,
I have ordered one Pineapple cake flavour through online portal of Karachi Bakery on 8th December 2021 on Wednesday at around 2:30 pm which is located at Sindhi colony in Mayfair Building .Since the order is online the payment transaction is to paid through my Debit Card .The detail of items mentioned in online will followed below for your info below. As items is to reach around 1 hours or by 4pm . I haven't received the items i called to shop owner he told me he out of shop once i reach i will make a call through delivery boy who is suppose to deliver the item. Since its around 4.55pm I called to shop owner he told me that he hasn't received
any message on its transaction he told me to contact the karach branch which is looking in online portal the contact details of the person name is Shanti Priya once i called there they told me that we aren't concerned were you placed the order you to contact that shop.
At last i called to shop owner once last time he told i haven't received i can't deliver the item. Since i lost hope i once again placing my order the birthday cake some other portal i received call from Rapido delivery boy got message to collect the item cake once he went to collect he some other delivery person had taken it the items . What all this confusion i haven't under standing there is no proper communication and coordination at last i lost my amount RS 642.00.
