Karachi Bakery — Poor service | |||||
I have ordered a cake on 23/06/17 @6.30am via order no. 99297 online through karachi online order tab and paid successfully. But till 17:00pm the order didn't delivered post 25th call for followup with the bakery. The website created for partial information and you will not receive any confirmation mail post order. They have outsourced the online home delivery to a third part named "food inger" whose response is too poor. They don't know how to behave with customer even. I have called up karachi bakery shop not less than 10-11 times for the delivery and each time there is new answer to it. When not getting any way out called up the vendor they are saying speak to karachi bakery and we are not responsible to deliver on time. Now who is responsible for what??? Difficult to know. Very very poor service from karachi bakery, hyderabad as well as food inger, hyderabad. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I bought a cake from Karachi bakery they charged 18 percent gst on my invoice copy after new get they suppose to charge 5 percent only i have a proof also I have attached the bill copy please find the attached file and take a serious a action on them even I argued with the shop owner he asked me to put a complain on his firm name
