My karbonn titanium s5 plus mobile has been deposited at date 13/09/2014 because the proximity sensor was faulty. Hence it been above 1 month and I haven't received my mobile. The customer care executive told me that the mobile will be return in 15 days. After 21 days I called him he says that the company has not provided me proper services.and service center owner told me he never back my mobile. Now after one month he is not even answering my calls.
