Hi, I have purchased karbonn aura mobile on[protected]. The issue which i am facing right now is battery hitting or get damaged 5 times. I have raised many complain regarding to this incident in service center and in customer care also. I have been changed my battery and ic but the same problems are still occurring. Right now my mobile went to in service company center. Attached the copy of service job sheet. I would request you to please replace my mobile as soon as possible.
