My complaint

I purchased titanium s - 2 phone on 19/08/13. Due to hanged problem i send phone to karbonn service center on 28/12/13, job sheet no. Kjaspdl - 0421213k7988 and they assured me to give me phone after full service within 7 days. But till now they are nor contacting me and nor giving me exact assurance about time which they will take in service. They are only making me fool by giving e - mail answer that it is under process. And their customer care nos. Are always no reply. Please help me because without my phone i am facing too - much problems regarding my business.
