I have purchase a Karbonn make A26 Model mobile hand set C 93947 ([protected] & [protected]) from Flip kart online shopping invoice number bir_wlfd [protected](26/03/2014) VAT/TIN—[protected] IOD[protected] seller W.S Retail no.42/1 & 43 Kacherakanah Alli, Hoskote Taluk, Bengaluru, Karnataka on 26th of March 2014.The material received is a defective one and registered a complain through E-mail to Flip kart and Karbonn also on 14th of April 2014.Flipkart send me a mail and advise me to lodge a complaint to Karbonn directly. Karbonn send me in reply mail to go to the service Centre M/s DIGITECH SERVICES on 16th APRIL 2014. As per there recommendation I visited the place at least 9 times at an regular interval of 7days.In the month of September I came to know that Digitech services is no longer attached with Karbonn company. Again I mail KARBONN and explain the fact I faces for replacing a defective back cover of mobile hand set. On replying my mail they recommend me to go to M/S, G.B.ENTERPRISE, M-8, RABINDRA PALLY, BLOCK-C, DURGAPUR- 713204, MR. SWARUP BOSE (Ph. No. [protected]) on 16th September2014. Accordingly I registered a complaint for replacing the back cover and I am willing to pay for that. But again the same problem I face as they are unable to supply a spare parts of my mobile set. Lastly after my 21 numbers of mail Karbonn company sent me a mail on 14th of April 2015, and advise me to visit a nearest authorized service Centre and registered a complain at the ASC for required spare part and mention a name of M/S SAHANI TELECOM, GANDHI MORE, G.T. ROAD BUS STAND DURGAPUR, and again I visit the service Centre, probably it is a shop and the name is also SAHANI TELE TALK AND NOT SAHANI TELECOM, I have registered a complain ( a voucher is still with me) on 26th May 2015 but still I am in a dark as the boy of that shop is telling me that Karbonn company is no more manufacturing the model A26, and it is very difficult to get the spare one. After knocking all the 3 authorized service Centre as recommended by Karbonn Company and nearly 16th months of time, no one is ready to help me in getting the spare one; still I am ready to pay for it. On the last mail of Karbonn Company, dated 2nd September, 2015, they inform me that they now going to forwarded my complaint to service in charge and would back to me with exact status as soon as possible. I call back to their customer care executive and ask him for the feedback. Still I am getting tired for such a small spare; I have harassed a lot by the company for getting it.
