Karbonn Mobiles — A 51 model karbon mobile need replacement or repair to be done

Dear sir, I have taken A51 karbon mobile 6 months ago and since than i am not able to use this phone, within 15 days it had problem, initially the dealer said that i may be battery problem and he got it replaced after 1 month, than again after 15 days i am not able to use the same, i took to the dealer he said to take to repair centre, i took there but simply these people are denying to repair the same and are saying that board has to be replaced and it will take Rs.3000/- for the same, Sir i have used Karbon mobiles earlier also, it is a good brand, but the service centre people are not giving good service, Please do the needful to repair the phone or get me replacement.
