Dear sir, I am a resident of Bhopal (M.P.). I bought a mobile phone of the brand Karbonn, Model: Titanium Octane Plus (IMEI 1:[protected] and IMEI 2: [protected]) via, Snapdeal on 14/12/2014. As mike of the phone stopped working within few months, I approached Reva Mobile (a service center in Bhopal, of the company) to claim its warranty, on the date 10/06/2015. After that, my phone was submitted to the service center (Job Sheet No. KJASPMP086615KR3130). I received my phone back (repaired) on 7/10/15 i.e. approximately after four months, that too after my enormous struggle and after spending my whole day in the service center. Approximately after 15 days, mic of the phone again stopped working. So, again I approached the service center ( Reva Mobile) and submitted my mobile phone again for repair under warranty ( Job Sheet No. KJASPMP0861015KR4016) . The date on the day of submission was 23/10/2015. Almost two months have passed and still receiving the same response to wait for 15 days. Almost six months have passed, of my struggle. I asked the service center of the company to provide me the DOA letter but they refused. Feeling helpless Therefore, I request you to please help me.
