Dear sir, I have submitead Karbonn A35 handset its imei is [protected] & [protected] on 29/10/14 at barshi care centre. After a long period yesturday they are giving me handset with display and touchpad crack i.e broken and they are saying that it has come from the company and it is given to you as it is. how should i must take this handset with broken. so its my request to you that i want my handset fully repaired within tow days or i shall go leagly for care centre and company.
