With due respect it is hereby inform you that I (Harish Chand) purchase a Karbonn Titanium Octane Plus white on 04th august 2014 vide IMEI [protected] vide order no [protected]. Due to Speaker and mick problem, same is give to service center on 27th July 2015 against compliant no KJSRUP4441015KR4894. and after that three times handset handed over to service center but problem is not resolve. in this days my handset is in the hands of service center form last three months and not received any responses from them. For your ready action i have also attached my invoice. Your good self is requested to please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible as its almost 4-5 months delay. if my handset problem is not able to resolve then do needful for their replacement or some other convenient option as you may think fit. other wise I have to taken a harsh action against the same.
