Karbonn Mobiles — Almost 1 month, I am yet to get mobile serviced | |||
Dear Sir, I purchased Karbonn S9 mobile 06.03.2014. The mobile details are as follows: IMEI/ESN 1: [protected] IMEI/ESN 2: [protected]. The mobile is under warranty and given to Kaiser Electronics, Unit 20, Sitaram Bldg, , A Block, Above Peekay Wines, Crawford Market, Dr D.N. Road, Mumbai 400001, Tel:[protected]. The mobile is given for attending its camera problem on 08.12.14 to Kaisar Electronics. It is almost 1 month and during every follow up they are saying they are yet to get the part (Camera). I believe the camera comes from Banaglore and it should not take such a long time. I would request you to kindly make my phone available as early as possible.
