My name is somnath laha. I had given my karbonn A11 star phone into a service centre located in bhubaneswar on 06/07/2015 because my touchpad was not working properly. And till now i haven't got my touchpad. All detail of the service centre is inside the photo attached with this complain. I hereby request you to put your attention in this topic.
