Karbonn Mobiles — Battery not received

My Self Pintugiri Goswami. At Gandhidham (Kutch) Gujarat. Sir me purchase of karbonn mobile A21+. It's IMEI_1 : [protected] IMEI_2 : [protected] (he is out of warranty. ) but my problem is battery. it's not working. i visit nearest Karbonn service center as named is Ashapura Mobiles (Add: Chawala Chowk, Gandhidham). service center's man battery replace me. and manual bill provide me (hear attached) . but problem start is after 10 days. second battery is stop working. and i again visited service center. but their not present available new battery . and he said me "please come tomorrow, i provide you new battery" but problem is contunnes 10 days he only same word saying me. and after 10 days not provide me battery. so, please help me. what i do.
