[Resolved] Karbonn Mobiles — Chennai T Nagar Karbonn Service Center - Gave us another mobile instead of our mobile after service | |||
We gave our mobile Karbonn A50s for service at T Nagar, North Usman Road, Near Nandhi statue on Oct 27. We were told that it will take one week to get it repaired. So we waited. But after one month also we did not receive it. Whenever we ask, we got an answer like we did not receive the parts. So once we receive it we will give the mobile. Finally on December 4 my father went directly to the shop and asked about the mobile. At that time they told it is repaired now and they gave a very old Karbonn A51s model with lot of scratches to my father. Since my father does not know about the mobile we had, he got it and came home. When we noticed that it is not our mobile we went to the shop and asked, why they gave some other mobile. They did not answer anything for that and they gave us another new A51s model. But we asked for our mobile which is a A50s. They told that mobile is not there. This is a new version. Please use this. When we brought that mobile home, after one hour the touch stopped working. I am really surprised how could be a famous brand service center can be like this. I am not going to leave this issue as it is. I need proper response for this issue. Please take the necessary action. Was this information helpful? | |||
