Karbonn Mobiles — COMPANY AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER LOST MY MOBILE AND ABUSING AFTER IT

i had purchased Karbonn k phone for my servant on 29th June 2014, on 26 dec 2014 i had shown mobile to karbonn mobile authorised service Digital solution to solve its hanging problem, they told me they have to sent it to company as it have some serious problem in it so it will take 7 to 15 days to get back from company, after 15 days to till now its almost approx 2 and half month had passed, every time they are giving me dates and assurance to get it on next assured date, i had called them more than 20 time which call details i had got in my bill as well as more than 10 time i gone to there office for my mobile, , , , on 9th march they were trying to give me some old mobile of some one else in the behalf of my mobile which they had lost of miss placed some where, when i reject to take it they were saying me that because i am requesting them they were giving me that too other wise they will not give me my mobile back, , , then i came back from their office just by saying i will not come back, now u will call me, After one hour their person called me and told they talk about my problem with some officer Mahavier ji and they said they will replace me new mobile, i told when i will get it, they told with in 10 minute he will call and told u when u will get it, from 9th march to today its 13th march 2015 no call and no contact by Karbonn service center to me on my problem NOW I AM FADEUP WITH KARBONN MOBILE AND ITS COMPANY SERVICE CENTRE, WILL I HAVE TO GO TO CONUSMOR COURT NOW TO EXPOSE ALL THIS DRAMA IN BETWEEN PUBLIC ?OF SOME ONE HAVE TO HEAR INNOCENT COSTUMER PAIN AND PROBLEM WHICH THEY ARE GETING AFTER PURCHASING KARBONN MOBILE ?
