Karbonn Mobiles — company Is not Providing my handset's Part for its repairing under Warranty

I had Given my Handset Karbonn A19 for repairing 19.05.2015 it was under warranty period. They said that it will take 7-10 days for repair. But now its more than a month my phone is still not repaired. When i call nd Complain for it at Karbonn Care they say that please Wait for 10 days and after 10 days they again say same. I want that Karbonn Company should provide part(LCD Screen of Karbonn A19 Handset) to service center so they can repair my phone I want my phn to be repaired in this month. iam facing many problems due to this.
