Karbonn Mobiles — Complaint against Reliable Enterprises Service Centre | |||
My mobile phone Karbonn Titanium S1 Plus was not working. So I visit Reliable Enterprises Service Center, Akruti, Pune on 30-May-2015. Please find the attached bill of mobile. EMEI1: [protected] EMEI2: [protected] When I ask the girl what is problem with Mobile, she replied that the mobile have problem with moisture. I told her that mobile is in warranty period. She reply that software need to check which require Rs. 190. Then she said if there is no issue with software then they will check hardware, I need to pay money more. What mobile cover warranty period? I get really confuse because of improper investigation whether it is software or hardware problem and also asking for more money. Then after lady manager is speaking very rudely and telling me that mobile is damaged by water. Really Lady manager dont known about issue, still defending her subordinator and told me required money Rs.290 for software. When I told lady manager that I will show in other service center, she told her subordinate to return with reason "Damaged with Water" which is not acceptable by me. And she didn't return mobile. Is this way to speak with customer and demanding more money? Hopefully company person will contact and will return my mobile after repair with less money as soon as possible. The same experience happened with one person which I saw in service centre. He had get his mobile after 2 months after so many argument. My experience is too bad as lady manager speaking rudely and also lying about things. I am taking follow from last one week but no response. And Customer Care no [protected] is always busy.
