Dear sir, I bought a karbonn octane plus..And i am facing charging problems regarding it and i showed that phone to shubham telecom, vishali, ghz, (Plot no-c288 vishali sec -4 behind vaishali metro station) an authorized karbonn service centre.And your service centre is not performing good work atall.They do not listen to the customers, playing games on their phones instead of listening to customer problems and make us wait.Its the second time i coming here and going back in huge disappointment. And due to this i have to switch my karbonn mobile to buy a new phone of another company.I have never got such a worst service ever.Please do something regarding your service centre so that no another customer faces the same.
