Karbonn Mobiles — Customer Care Centre Sirsa M/s Anand Mobiles, refused to repair the mobile during warranty period | |||
I have a karbonn mobile model K Phone 1 SN : VSUKP[protected] IMEI No. [protected] & [protected] purchased by me from Kalpana Mobile Sirsa on 09.10.2016. When I went for repair Receiver of the above said mobile to Customer Care at Sirsa Haryana M/s Anand Mobiles. He refused for repair under warranty with condition that sim tray has broken. So the warranty cannot be completed. But I said I want to change only Receiver not Sim tray, but again he refused. Is it the rule of company that if any other part which is to be not replaced, is damage, then no any other part can be replaced during the warranty period. So please help me.
