I purchased Karbonn C540PLUS on SEPTEMBER 2015. I had given it Karbonn Service Center at Prerna Telecome & service center Alwar on 26/10/2015, with in warranty period for repair the handsfree problem. They assured me that set will be okay in 10-15 days, But after 15 days they did not any call regarding the status of the servicing. When I asked about the phone, they said that some damage in the phone and company will the charge for damage. I said if any damages from my side I will pay but repair the phone.But till date I have not received my Mobile or any call regarding the status of the servicing or when I will get back it. I am very much upset with the after sales service of the Karbonn Company. I want the final date when I should get my mobile. Mentioned below the job sheet no & IMEI no.
