Karbonn Mobiles — Delay in repairing of Mobile Phone

Dear Sir, I am highly disappointed with the service of your company. I had given my Karbonn Titanium Hexa for repairing of network, volume and on/off problem on 19/07/14 having Job No. KJASPWB002714-K3380, and it has been 50 days i have not received my phone. And you are still saying it will take 20 more days. This type of service is highly disappointing. Please try to send my phone asap. Thanks & regards, Mudit Lunia
