I purchased a karbonn mobile on 1st june 2016 .on being deffective I went to the service centre at faridabad0n 27/07/2016 .My mobile phone was kept by the service centre for repair. the phone has not bein returned to me till date.On enquary the company say every time it will take time of a week or more.job sheet no is(. kjasphr098716kr42331).Please help.
