Karbonn Mobiles — Faulty handset no resolution

I bought a on 12/9/2015 and don't use even for month and the phone stopped working subbmited the phone to karbon service center on 29/10/2015/ service center guys told me that I will recive my phone within 12days I called thrice and they are not giving any information about the phone or any reaulation ...please help as I m an old lady that is the only way of contact
